Right now, we just need one interface(admin panel) from where we can control everything. If the script is coded properly as per our needs, we would simply extent it a little more with additional features.

I’m needing a simple plugin for a WordPress webstie for a small company that runs batting cages.

They currently have 3 cages / slots. They need to show the availability of these 3 slots online, so customers can see when they could come in to bat. The customers/visitors also needs to be reserve available times for the cages.

No payment options. Just times and availability. Payments will all take place in the physical store.

This project will be a website that has the ability to generate a schedule based on certain conditions. The site will have a database with class names and descriptions. It will also have class time. Users will come to the site choose which classes they are enrolled with and block off times of the week they dont want class. The site will then generate possible class schedules. If the combination is not possibly this will be displayed.

I need a facebook application that gives people who allow my app to run the choice of it showing in it’s own tab at top of their page or in a box on left sidebar.
The application will pull in an employee schedule from my website and display in that tab. It will also need all the other functions/drop downs that are in that page working in this app. Meaning if they click show next weeks schedule it will refresh that page with the next week schedule.
I would also like each person to have the option to choose auto posting of notifications to their wall or profile page. Meaning if they set theirs to notify one hour before shift starts it will post a message to their page one hour befor their next shift starts.
I also want it to have settings saved somewhere so they dont have to do seperate login when they click the tab. Maybe as each employee is entered in my websites system we can also save their unique Facebook ID? That way the tab on their site knows where to go fetch teh info and the login is auto approved?

We run various events throughout the year each with their own schedule of classes.

User Functionality required:

*Registrant must be able to login for a specific event and sign-up for the various classes on offer in a diary / calendar style format:
e.g. Monday 9 am – 10 am … Maths or History or Science
10 am – 11 am … Rugby or Ballet or Music
etc.

*Registration would be able to click on a specific class and call-up a description of that class and elect to sign up for it.

*Registrant could thus select Maths class, followed by Music class and so on.

I need an Excel expert to make a Spreadsheet that will calculate a daily study schedule containing 10-20 things to do per day. The study items on the Schedule are based on formulas that calculate percentages of how much time should be spent on each item.These percentages are user-defined and can be changed. A daily schedule for a 2-3 month period must be generated/created (basically, around 90 daily schedules must be generated with each daily schedule different based on the inputs). For each daily schedule, user inputs must be taken into account, such as shower breaks, breakfast breaks, lunch breaks, workout breaks, dinner breaks, other breaks including simple study breaks that should occur after every few hours of studying. It must also take into account vacation days that the user inputs and be able to calculate the accurate percentages of study time for each item factoring in all these breaks. To make things more complicated, some items should only be done once a week or once every two weeks, and the Schedule must be able to figure out how and when to allocate time for these items in the daily schedules. I have a basic schedule that does this which I will forward to you, but it must be significantly improved or a new better once created, especially to take into account the semi-weekly items.

I enclose the spreadsheet I am currently using. In the Study Plans worksheet, I have the formulas for dividing the study time. The study items on the Schedule are based on formulas that calculate percentages of how much time should be spent on each item. These percentages are user-defined and can be changed.

In the “Schedule” worksheet, take a look at the comment in the first row. This is a good example of how someone will give me their schedule, and then I need to plug it into the sheet. In the “Schedule” worksheet, I took this information and created a daily row to calculate how many hours the person could study versus how many hours were for breaks or personal matters. The Print Area on this workbook is what I send to the people as their study schedule. Right now I copy and paste rows until the schedule looks OK. I want something that is automatic. The hardest part for me is trying to fit the criteria in around the breaks, etc. For example, lunch should always be around 12PM. Also, there should be a 15 minute or so break after every 2 hours of studying. I don’t know how to automate the calculation of this and for the spreadsheet to be smart enough to put everything where it belongs.

I need a super quick (if this takes you 20 minutes, I’ll be amazed) modification for Vtiger. Here’s the situation:

I have someone who schedules appointments for several contractors across the country in VTiger

Each contractor has a login, and updates their schedule with vacation days and other availability notes. They also mark calendar items as done.

The central person has all of these jumbled up on her schedule, and it makes her job impossible as the number of these people grow.

What she really needs is a way to see each person’s individual schedule so she can clearly see when they are and aren’t available over the course of the week – and add events for appointments from within her account.

What needs to be done:
– Probably the easiest way to handle this is to add a drop down box that filters her calendar display by user.

– I think a modification of the main calendar page will be fine.

– Probably the drop down box should be dynamically populated by whatever users calendar items can be viewed by the person logged in.

– This way, a contractor that could only see their items would not be able to view anything else in the dropdown filter.

– You may have to be a bit careful here to make sure that it populates that box not only with users items that can be seen for the currently displayed day/week/month/whatever but also for all other time periods, so that if the logged in users browses from one week to the next, the filter presents all relevant people from that period.

– I’ll need a separate file with the code modifications and what files/line numbers the changes were made to so that I can add them in when I update versions in the future.

Looking for a personal finance/budgeting program for a Joomla 1.5 environment (Community Builder enabled). The program will consist of two simple components. One is a Budget, the other is a Time Value of Money Calculator. Both will have outputs that 1) get printed as document for users to review/print/e-mail and 2) saved to the user’s profile as a file on our server that can be amended but where the program cannot be downloaded.

- input budget parameters (e.g. list all monthly income(s) and expense(s); list all total liabilities and assets); should produce a balance sheet
- determine whether the user is paid on a weekly, bi-weekly, twice monthly, or monthly basis
- determine pay periods (e.g. Jan 1, 15, 29 vs. Jan 8 and 22, etc.).
- determine bill payment schedule (e.g. car payment comes out 12th monthly)
- determine interest paid per period (e.g. 5% annual interest is really 5% divided by 26 periods =0.19xxx% per period).
- this information will then produce an output that will essentially be a monthly payment schedule (e.g. January Pay 1 will go to pay car payment of $xxx.xx, and $xxx.xx toward Visa; Jan Pay 2 will go to Line of Credit of $xxx.xx and Visa of $xxx.xx). The first output will be a recommendation that will 1) list the estimated payout date and 2) allow users to make changes (revise payments). Once the user submits/accepts the figures, the output file (e.g. *.pdf) needs to be saved to the user’s profile so the user can open/print as required.

The files will include pics that will need to be resized and made to look like the other pics in the news and the schedule section.
