The wireless server I am using is TracerPlus Wirless Server (www.tracerplus.com). I installed the tracerplus application onto my scanner(Motorola MC75 mobile). I am able to connect wireless to the database using a sample access database from the Tracer Wireless Server. However I need it to connect with my Inflow SQL database. I would like the application to have Receive/Issue on the scanner. You can find a free sample template from TracerPlus Desktop called “Inventory Issue and Receive”. We’re looking to use a Pen scanner collect data from tax documents to be processed in a tax manager software.

The strings we’re working with are made of 46 characters. Each string has 4 parts. We use the C-Pen www.cpen.com to scan the text and have it sent to the computer.

The thing is not all of the characters in the string is necessary in the software. There’s a 3 step process we need to do:

1- Scan with C-Pen OCR scanner
2- Have specific characters validated to make sure data is correct
3- Extract the needed data and have it inserted in the TAX MANAGER SOFTWARE.

CPen usually scans anywhere the mouse is pointing. I wish this would be possible by going through the verification process.

I wondered if anyone here may be of help to me as i’m struggling to find a solution.

I’m looking for a scanner or a company which has some sort of API that can work with all models of scanners and work via my website or a solution to the below.

I need to be able to have multiple scanners connect to a central database and scan via ethernet or internet connection simultaneously and return an action back to the scanner (IE. Accepted or Denied etc) – Each barcode can only be scanned once no matter how many scanners connected at this time.

I’m having trouble finding the right solution or the best/easiest way to do this so that it can be setup with my website. I need it to be able to let my clients run it from there end via there internet connection.

- Bonus would be to have the system work with as many scanners and models as possible that can be programmed.

- I’m un-sure which scanners would be ideal for my solution and be able to be programmed and used via Ethernet without each scanner being direcly connected to a computer. (With multiple scanners at once)

The sugar crm will connec to ocr scanner to read documents and emails clients send to the client.

They will take that information and put it in the database and email clients back if the scanner reads their documents and finds they aren’t meeting a requirment. The scanning will be done by the ocr scanners, but sending it to the ocr scanners and doing something with the data the ocr scanners read will be a difficult task.

I have an interesting project coming up and need help from someone.

I want to create a software that makes it possible to scan a document from the office scanner and then save a PDF copy into a specific catalog on our FTP. Its important we can use booth PC and Mac.

The system has to works like this.

1) The client register one account on our homepage
2) Download the scanner software
3) Install the application and config the scanner to their account (same login/password)

I dont know what code language you would like but im open for all your solutions.

The important stuff is to make it possible for people to use their own Scanner and then choose the output / into our FTP.

A PHP function that searches HTML and JavaScript for common exploits that could automatically download a file, or install a worm on a user’s computer.

The function should consider any type of automatic file download to be potentially malicious, even if it opens a download prompt. It should also consider all embedded objects to be malicious, except for Flash Player.

The HTML or JavaScript should be inputted into the function as a string parameter. After searching, the function should return a boolean indicating whether the file is safe, or if it contains potentially dangerous code.

The function will need to be written exclusively for this project, and must not be encrypted in any way.

Use Java version 5.0 (or later). Use IDE Eclipse if want to download. Java program ComputeArea prompts user for information about a 2-D geometric shape and computes the associated area for that shape (or print appropriate error message for input errors). Specifically, the shapes acceptable are: Circle (C), Ellipse (E), Parallelogram (P), Square (S), Rectangle (R), Triangle (T), and Trapezoid (Z). Your program should use the following logic (guideline):

This script should run from the shell, php is fine. It will scan certain section of craigs list based on a list of pages in a file. It will scan the page and pull the email. It will login to a list of gmail accounts and email max 20 listings per gmail account per day. If there are no open accounts, it should just die and tell me to load more accounts or run tomorrow.
