I’m looking to modify a scalping EA for the MetaTrader 4 trading system. It uses two brokers comparing the price feed difference.

Have trades buy/sell depending on feed.
If feed is 2 or more difference in buy/sell then trade is made in that same buy/sell direction

Option settings:
-Unique number so it can be placed on other currency charts (TradeMagic)
-BrokerMode
-data feed options (from 3 different sources)
-buy/sell
-pips different between feed and trading platform
-Trading Hours
-Stop Loss (Hidden from broker)
-Take Profit (Hidden from broker)
-Trailing Stop (Hidden from broker)
-MoneyManagement (true/false)
-Lots Size

Am looking for a scalping Expert Advisor written in Metaquote language for the METATRADER 4 platform.This expert advisor should be able to work with NFA regulated broker.

I would like an EA built that consists of two separate but similar strategies. The first is a scalping strategy that trades between 3:00PM EST and 7:00PM EST, while the second is a breakout strategy that trades between the open of the Asian session (7:00PM EST) to the close of the first hour of the New York session. There are no indicators involved, as both system are entirely price driven.

As well, there are certaim parameters that also need to addressed, including:

Automatic accounting for both 4 digit and 5 digit brokers;
Support both ECN and dealing desk brokers;
Hiding of stops to prevent stop-hunting;
Automatic detection of GMT Offset;
Ability to manually input GMT Offset for backtesting;
Input of lot size;
Maximum allowable spread;
Percentage of account to over-ride lot size;
One trade per session;
Strategy on/off.
