Convert Rpm Script To Plesk 9

I have a script that was made for me that integrates with Plesk 8.1. I now have on my server Plesk 9.3 and it will not work.

I need someone that is proficient in Plesk 9x to convert this rpm script to load and integrate with Plesk 9x. I would be happy to provide the rpm.

Create Bind 9.7.0b2 Rpm

I tried to compile BIND 9.7.0b2 on Centos 5.3, but its proving to be difficult. I want to hire someone to create an RPM for this version of Bind, INCLUDING all of the dependencies it needs.
This will be installed on a clean version of Centos 5.3

(I know fedora has it, not interested in fedora)
