Logo (royal Crest) Creation

I urgently need someone to draw me a new logo based on a royal style crest. The example to copy/modify will be provided. The result should be a black/white crest with exact lettering in print resolution JPEG/TIFF. Again, it’s super urgent. A low-res example image is attached to the project. Thanks!
