This should be an easy project for someone skilled in wordpress programming.

I want to add a module to my wordpress site www.meridianrealtyga.com so I can update my agent profiles as I add new agents.

The module should look something like the attached jpg with the color scheme from my website.

I want an interface so I can upload an agent image, add bio copy, and a Read More tag so the overflow links to the agent’s page.

I also want a template for an agent page like the attached “agent-page” jpg. This page would have a pic of the agent, full bio, and feed from the IDX from the GAMLS.

Background information
Currently we are engaged with a project in which we are building a closed community site. The site is build with Joomla and various components such as a shop, a community, a wiki and a Roster component.
This Roster component is not available and has to be build.
We wish to receive offers for making this component.

Project process
1. Requests are made for programmers to respond to this tender;
2. A choice is made on who will develop this component. The choice will be made considering: price, development time and availability, and an assessment of the programmers skills;
3. The component will be developed by the programmer(s) of choice;
4. The component will be tested on the web server by Pragma design and my company;
5. The component will be implemented into the website. The programmer(s) will receive its well deserved praises and reward.
Throughout the whole project we will appreciate a dialogue with the programmer(s). Especially in phase 4, the testing of the component, we expect close cooperation. Please be aware that for future references, we would like to built a long term relation with the programmer(s).

additional requirements include the need to add custom fields that can be added to custom reports.

Reporting by “place” to show a roster just for one location for a given period of time.

The ability to add custom footers and headers (text) to any report generated.

A roster application (auto)uploading a 4 week roster from various members. The rosters must be put in a database that keeps the old data and refreshes the new rosters each week. The rosters must be shown to the members and they can do a swap request, for the day and the place, which is delivered to the email inbox (of the roster application or if possible Jomsocial)
The roster has 1 week “Definitive Planning” and 3 weeks “Planned Agenda”, in different fontstyles. (Every thursday the next roster for 4 weeks is available, until the newest roster is uploaded the roster overview shows the Planned Agenda on the first week.)
If possible the application retrieves the Roster of each member automatically every thursday night, by logging into the website of a company.

I need a graphic interface to allow readers to scroll through our various bloggers. This should resemble a Rolodex, where as you scroll, the “cards flip,” and on each card I will be able to enter unique information. This information should include a “thumbnail” picture of the blogger to the left or right, a title bar, a bio text block and a description text block. Each card should be capable of hyperlinking to a separate page. Ideally, I will be able to vary the size/dimensions to my needs so that I can fit it into various size columns in my proprietary flash reader widget for my WordPress-based site. Physically, I prefer that this item be wider than it is tall, incorporate colors that I need, look modern and as realistic as possible within reason and budget restraints.

The application will deliver fair and equitable duty times for 150+ duties to 100+ staff across multiple campus. The program will fill the roster duty requirements by using appropriate prioritisation. The program will have integration to calendar, e-Mail and be easily operated.
The application will have a customisable titles, look and feel to remain congruent with the organisations corporate scheme.
