Looking for a programmer that can develop a site for a reverse auction. This site will need just have 1 item listed a day, or at a time and the price will drop by a determined amount of time and price. Back end admin is needed to add items, descriptions, pictures, user info etc.

This site will need a user log in, PayPal payment as well as secure CC form to process payments off-line by us.
