Small home-based business in need of changes to current logo.

1. Currently have logo only as a PDF and cannot load it onto website template. Need logo crisp and clean in PDF and jpeg formats for use in website template. Also, would like to see script Loveland Acres in bolder text (open to a font change if similar).

I need someone who is well versed in Ajax form creation with validation. You will be using CSS & Ajax for the form.

You will also require PHP knowledge because the form that i want revamped required some values to be checked against the database for validity. There are also date pickers in the form which i need some validation like if user selects date <8 days from today then prompt message.

There is only 1 form i need revamped and 1 form submission confirmation page with a back to edit information.

I have a website that has a pay per click script installed as well as banners and has a Google Adsense feed and another feed coming into the search results. I would like to make it so when you click one of the keywords or type in your own it only brings in the Adsense feed. Basically im wanting the Pay per click script deleted and any other feeds coming in. Secondly, I have banners that run down the side that I would like replaced and a few others around the site. I am looking for an individual that can set this up so that I can make changes in the future as my last programmer from here has gone MIA and I can’t make any changes to the site. We have a website that is in wordpress that we need alterations. These are mainly shifting things around, new navigation etc.

The first page is to have a flash banner at the top of the page but the other pages will have a secondary navigation without the flash banner and all be the same in terms of layout.
