The project consists of a simple tool that allows personality test creation and usage.

- users accessing our web site will be able to respond to a sequence of questions related to a specific test.
- after selecting the test he wants to run, the user will be prompted with a sequence of questions and for each question a set of answer options (minimum of 2 options but can contain up to 10 options)

I had a PHP/MySQL script created for me that does the following:
1. Takes a large list of every movie that’s released
2. Runs a search for the title on IMDB.com
example: http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q=pink+panther
- The script takes the first result under ‘Popular Titles’
- If there are no Popular Title results, it simply takes the first link that it can find.
3. On the IMDB result page, it scrapes the rating out of 10, and the Metascore out of 100.
4. Next the script searches for the title at RottenTomatoes.com and goes to the first result.
It scrapes the ‘average rating’ out of 10 from this page.
This method works fairly well for the most part, but there are a few ways I would like to improve the script.
MODIFICATIONS

- In Step #2, IF there are no ‘Popular Title’ results, instead of taking the first link that it finds on the page, I would like it to take the first result under ‘Titles (Exact Matches)’. If neither of those exist, well, the script can just skip the movie.
- When going to the result page on IMDB, the script would make note of the IMDB ID#. This can be found right in the URL. For example:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103064/ <– the ID# is 0103064
- Instead of searching on RottenTomatoes, it would use the RottenTomatoes JSON API interface which can find a movie based on the IMDB ID#. This should be more accurate than a blind search on RottenTomatoes. To find the movie, we just use the following URL:

I think the live example above is worth thousands words but I guess joining a text explanation as well is safer, so here it is:
STEP 1: Users fill in their details in the webform made of 3 numerical data fields and a 4th choice from 3 options (check box).
The first 3 numbers are needed to calculate the first result with the formulas I’ll provide you with.
Hence we get the first result, RESULT A
STEP 2:The first result (RESULT A) is multiplied by a number, accordingly to the box previously checked by the user (3 choices for the check box, each one corresponding to a number to multiply RESULT A with.).
Hence we get RESULT B.
STEP 3: Finally Both RESULT A and RESULT B should then be displayed on web page. I don’t care if these results are displayed on the same page like in my example or on another web page.

I need a similar implementation to the “Searches that led to this page” and “Searches to clip arts on this page” tables at the bottom of “http://www.clker.com/clipart-2172.html”.
I suspect that HTTP_REFERER is parsed and adds the incoming search results to a database. Then when the clipart pages are loaded it iterates down the associated database tables to generate the page.
This is my assumption on a possible implementation, if a better method is appropriate please propose.

I just want a small exe tool created that will modify one or more CSVs in one folder into a single CSV of different formatting in another folder. I have strict requirements for these so please check the attachment to follow my explanation. *Note: if viewing CSVs in Excel do not save as it changes the formatting.
I want the tool to sit outside 2 folders (as attached in zip file)
/01_csv_toedit/ – CSV file(s) to edit go here (varying names)
/02_csv_result/ – CSV result file to go here named ProductSalesList.csv

I have a sample “toedit” file and “result” file in the appropriate folders. I want the “result” file to be EXACTLY as this one.
What the tool should do is take the following information from the “toedit” file(s):
orderId, purchaseDate, sku, qtyOrdered, price
…and create a new file called ProductSalesList.csv. This will need to be edited as following:
-Comma delimited with double quotes for all
1st: orderID
2nd: date stamp reformatted as in the sample result file: YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM
3rd: empty but still with quotes
4th: empty but still with quotes
5th: empty but still with quotes
6th: empty but still with quotes
7th: empty but still with quotes
8th: empty but still with quotes
9th: empty but still with quotes
10th: empty but still with quotes

Check the folder structure and sample files for assistance. Also, if more than one file is in the “to edit” folder it’ll handle them all and still create the one result file as explained above.

I have this mysql query that I am using (see attachment):

The query works fine when locexact = 1, but if locexact != 1 then I get the following error:
Warning: mysql_result() [function.mysql-result]: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 11
I know this error occurs because there are no results when locexact = 1.
I need my code modified so that if there are no results returned or $cnt < 5 , the query is run again this time with locexact = 0.
If there are still no results, then echo “No Results.” If there are results, echo the results with locexact = 1 on top and locexact = 0 on bottom. I want the combined results limit still at 5.

So if I have 3 employees, and we worked 1000 hours in total for January, and I worked 413 hours, then I need the spreadsheet to provide the percentage, which in this case would be 41.3%… and then to provide the percentages for the other employees as well.

There are some expenses related to certain employees earnings, for example, employment insurance is $4.10/$100 of earnings for each registered employee… so I need the program to calculate this number for me and make it optional for each employee.

A simple and easy user interface is important with summary pages.
5) Then I need another sheet… this one will take all the income I was paid (results from #3), then add the bonus on top to provide the gross income. Then it will subtract my personal expenses, taxes, debt payments, etc. and provide me with a result.
The bonuses are paid monthly, so it would be nice if the program knew that it was the start or end of the month and would automatically begin calculating everything for the next month and not add it onto the previous month.

There is more I would like to do with the last sheet, but lets start with this… unless you have some ideas as far as the program keeping track of debt balances as I make regular payments and make extra payments.

I need an form page where people can order shirts. They put in names, quantities and sizes and click submit. Then a result pages shows all orders that were made including names and quantities. I attached two files how it should look like. There must be a delete button in the result page, so that everybody can delete his order in case of mistakes.
The script should be dynamic as i sometimes have only one shirt sometimes i have 2 or 3 options for a shirt.
This is just for my club, so i don’t need any security features.

A simple and easy user interface is important with summary pages.
5) Then I need another sheet… this one will take all the income I was paid (results from #3), then add the bonus on top to provide the gross income. Then it will subtract my personal expenses, taxes, debt payments, etc. and provide me with a result.
The bonuses are paid monthly, so it would be nice if the program knew that it was the start or end of the month and would automatically begin calculating everything for the next month and not add it onto the previous month.
I need to be able to create pdf format.
There is more I would like to do with the last sheet, but lets start with this… unless you have some ideas as far as the program keeping track of debt balances as I make regular payments and make extra payments.

It was working ok after several additions by a programmer such as profile.php and tags but then it messed up. I’m thinking this happened after a PHP upgrade but not sure.
1. On front page: new urls saved by users do not appear (you can register a free account to check this if you want)
2. On front page: date is messed up
3. when going to this profile page like http://www.miselegidos.com/profile.php?id=4276 tags do not show – (this only happens with this user ID, all profile links work normal). May be the problem has to do with user “lahdeza”

I would like a script that gets the first search engine result for each of Google, Yahoo and Bing.
The script must:

The idea is to have a webpage that allows me to input the unscrubbed1.html document and return the result to the same window. There is no need to store as scrubbed1.html. That document is only there so that you have an idea of what needs to be done.
Details:
UnScrubbed1.html – This is how the documents will always be formatted. We basically want to combine the span tags where the styles are the same so that it looks proper and condenses the HTML coding.
