Photographs are being uploaded by visitors to my website currently. When people upload photos of various sizes, some photos get distorted because the height/width ratio of the displayed photos is fixed. So when the uploaded photos have a different height/width ratio, the photos don’t look right.

Very simple job but a bit time consuming. We have maybe up to 1000 images to do. What we need:

- We give you URLs for the pages.

- For each image, use photoshop/similar to produce a resized image (50×50) and rename so we know which is the smaller one.

the product image needs to be at least 351 px wide x 527 px tall

so if source image tgat i provide is smaller than that then background canvas must be resized to this, while actual prodcut image stays same size

I have several themes where I need images to be found online, or created. The images will mostly be cartoon type images. You will be responsible for finding these images and downloading them. They should be legal copies. I will need 12 images per theme. Since it is a theme, the pictures should be in similar format. So, for instance, one should not be a 2D cartoon while the other is 3D.

I then need you to reformat them. The background must be transparent, not white or any other color. The person or object should be the only part of the image. I then need each picture in three sizes: 200px by 200px, 125px y 125px, and 80px by 80px. The quality and integrity of the images must be very good as you resize, and the transparency must be maintained.

For each theme I’d like you to find the images and send them to me for approval before you start the resizing. I will have the option of rejecting them if they do not fit my desire.

The themes will be mostly things like Disney movies and other cartoons. So,for instance, one theme will be Disney princesses.

I will pay $3 per theme. The initial bid is for 10 themes, so you should bid $30. If you want the job, I suggest you provide a sample Disney princess reformated as I describe above so I know you understand the requirements.

I plan on doing about 50 themes in total, so there will be more work if your quality is good.

I got about 50 or so jpeg images that needs some photoshop editing. We sell items online and need some help to get these photos edited faster. most of the work involves combining different photos together and adding some text to it. This is a very small project but it will take someone 2-3 hrs to do. it took me 4+ hours to do it on another batch. if this works out, i got a few more batches that could use some photoshop help as well

I use the ‘PhpMaker’ program to generate code for the backend of my site. Users upload images of real-estate and other things for sale. It works very well for me, but I’d like to add a function to it: to automatically resize images on upload. I’m not fussy about the parameters of the resizing. It can be to a certain size in kilobytes or height in pixels. The main thing I need is to have the large size of the uploaded file reduced to a web-friendly size of around 50 to 75 kilobytes.
I’m not a programmer, but I believe there is one file that is generated by PhpMaker that controls the functions of the upload, unique file names, etc… I’m wondering if the resizing function could simply be added to it. I’m attaching this file, called ‘ewupload.php’ for your reference.

We need some sort of program / software / App setup so we can resize images.

All the final resized images need to be 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels 72 dpi, on a white background, so if the image is 1600 x 900 the required solution should automatically resize the picture and place the image on a white 1000 x 1000 background, centre the image and save it as a jpg with the same name.

It would work out if an image is landscape or portrait – and from this it should then work-out if it should match the height or width, to fit in the correct final size.

The solution should be easy to work and we should just be able to point the application to a folder and it should keep the same folder structure (there could be named sub folders within it too) and we would either want it to overwrite the existing image file or when saving – do so to a new named output place – but all folder structures must remain in correct place within the folder selected to run the process on.

Some of the original files may not be jpgs they may be gifs or pngs, so the solution should be able to open and re-size these formats and save final image as a jpg format.

We have enclosed two sample images of how a finished image should look – there is a sample for both landscape & portrait sizes.

I want to restructure how images are used on my website. When I upload images to the site they need to be specifically sized to fit into the layout of the website. For example, some images need to be sized exactly at 100×100 pixels. However, this has proven to be problematic because the images don’t work at those measurements. If you try to resize the image, it often comes out look truncated and blurry.

1. Menus should expand to other options when “Portfolio” is clicked on. Then the menu should drop down if any of the other buttons are selected. (if the menu is currently in the “up” position).

2. Scrolling images using the “ThumbnailerPro” component. Is this possible to have it resizing wider to allow more viewable images depending on screen size of the viewer? Keep in mind it is using the ThumbnailerPro component from Flash loaded. These galleries are external flash files loaded into a main flash file.

To all Professional Flash Programmers.

I currently create websites using Sitegrinder and then use a CMS called Surreal CMS.

Using Surreal CMS I then want to be able to add a ‘ flash button ‘ the the page that increases and decreases the size of the text on the HTML page.

It is important that the flash button be able to increase/decrease the size of the all the text on the page relatively. What I mean by this is if the Heading Text is 16pt and the Body Text is 12pt that the flash button will increase/decrease the size of the text proportionately throughout the page.

I had already worked with one programmer on this who said yes I can do this and created a flash text resizing button ( see attached .fla file ). This button worked well but would not increase/decrease the size of the text proportionately on the page.

When I asked him to make the changes ( as I mentioned above ) he said that he could not do it ?

Also as you will see in the attached file, the text resizing button needs a number of changes and the upload of additional files files FTP to work. It would be really great if the finished button was just one .swf/.fla

I need a simple standalone batch image resizing application done for win xp.
Specs as follow:

-Needs to batch resize all pics (jpeg files) in a specified folder (+all its subfolders) with these specs:

+I Need to be able to specify a min+max size

(example, if i set: min size: 640×480 / max size: 1600×1200:
- all pics that are smaller than 640×480 will be resized bigger to match the min size
- all pics that are found bigger than 1600×1200 will be downsized smaller to match the max size)
- all pics that are in between the min/max size will be left untouched

+Need to be able to specify a min+max file size

(example, if i set: min file size: 50kb / max file size: 200kb:
- all pics that are smaller than 50kb will be saved at a bigger size (higher jpeg quality) to match the min file size
- all pics that are found bigger than 200kb will be downsized/compressed (jpeg quality/compressed) to match the max file size

+Needs to keep the initial image ratio & process portrait/landscape images accordingly.

+When i select a folder to batch-resize, it needs to add all the pics found inside its subfolders.
All the new/processed images need to overwrite the old ones.

I need a simple script or in-line code that can resize a thumbnail image to the proper size for my WordPress theme.

For example, I need thumbnails that are standardized to 192x120px. However, when I pull an automatic thumbnail from a YouTube video RSS feed, the image is 120x90px.

An example of the code to display the thumbnail is:

I need a script that will take the image that has been saved (approx 120×90 dimensions, although it is variable) and automatically scale that image as needed to fill the space. The image should scale evenly (height and width) to 192×120 and trim any part of the image that extends outside the box.

For example, the YouTube thumbnail is stored as 120x90px. So, the script would expand this image to 192x144px and then trim off 12px from the left and right (24 extra pixels, evenly split between left/right). So, the resulting image will display as 192×120 in my theme.

*NOTE* – Please have a lot of time on your hand or a team that could take on this project. I have already tried 2 different programmers, but they were not able to keep up with everything. The games do take time to load and could average about 3-5minute per screenshot with description.
