The site needs 3 simple things:

1) Show Upcoming Trips/Locations/Price

2) Allow user to make a payment to reserve a seat on the trip (payment by CC/paypal at time of reservation). Price needs to be adjustable by me for different trips, locations, etc.

3) Printable and/or display on mobile device ticket for the trip

I own and operate a restaurant and currently use a pencil and paper reservation system. I am constantly running up and down stairs from the dining room to the office work to get the hard copy reservation book to check availability. I have multiple networked PC’s with MSOffice, at the front door, my office , and other locations in the restaurant. I have attempted to design a Google Document that would address these issues but encountered too many issues and limitations. I have a mobile laser tag business and need to have an online reservation system that can take a deposit from the customer. This system should capture the customer information, lock out the time required for the event and record credit card information in an encrypted section of the database. It also must support an SSL connection when taking the credit card info at minimum.

I purchased a booking calendar and need some modifications done to how it handles reservations. The script has a front end and a backend Admin. A sample of the calendar can be viewed at http://www.availabilitybookingcalendar.com/demo-pro/admin.php

Modifications needed:
- Need to define different start-end hours for reservation per day. For example, Monday 1pm-6pm, Tuesday 3pm-7pm, etc. Time slots will be equal for all days. There is a setup and breakdown time assigned to each time slot but is not part of the slot. So the next slot can’t begin until after the breakdown time.
-Time slots will cost differently per day.
- Customer needs to be able to go back in to edit/cancel his reservation using the Confirmation ID, and date of party. Customer can only edit/cancel his reservation 2weeks or more before the party date.
- Customer can fillout an Invitation Form where customer can list a number of emails to send an invitation to friends,etc. (emails separated by newline or comma).

-Ability to enter multiple promo codes for discount in the admin area.

- After reservation the customer will get a confirmation page (Ajax) with his information and a payment form where he will enter his CC information.

- CC information will then be sent to Authorize.net for processing. (sample php code at http://developer.authorize.net/resources/files/samplecode/php_aim.zip)

- Customer should receive a confirmation email and we will be copied on the email then an automated reminder email will go out to customer 72 hours before party and copy us on that email also.
