This script will create a working data base for reps and companies / allowing service providers to view and schedule an event directly to a reps schedule so other service providers can view (new availability but not details) of each rep eliminating over scheduling or scheduling conflicts. This is also useful for Companies of the Rep to view their calendar and workload.

Each Rep May win a service provider and no other rep with his company may input or view the service providers information this then become the Reps Account and for no one else other than his company. Rep can view all of his own calendar and details. Rep can view all of the service providers events in list form but not details unless he is the rep for that event.

Each Company that the Rep works for may have, track, watch, edit multiple reps and reps calendar of availability and underlying accounts of activity. Companies want many statistics of the rep to view trends of activity and workload.

Service provider is given an account by the initial rep of a company for the purpose of scheduling that rep and that companies goods or services. Another rep from a different company may also invite the service provider to schedule and use his good or services on that reps / company calendar. Each Calendar is company specific and company private. The service providers can view each calendar of the rep and company that has invited them but Companies can only view their own reps.
This allows the service provider to have access to many reps and companies (expandable)

This project is to build a database driven Application for an investment Firm. The Application should be able to manage Members (investors) registration details, activities, and managing their investment portfolio, Sales Reps, Invoice etc.

-Members Registration

-Members Should be able to Monitor there Portfolio in real-time.
-The System should Automatically calculate the Interest that will be paid for Members based on the Account Package they choose. And Notify Admin and Clients on the due date for investment.
-On due date clients should be given the option of closing their current investment Option or continue with it.
-The rates for the different Investment options Must be able to be changed by Administrator.
-There will be different levels of administrator to Monitor the System and client.
-The System will have different alerts systems, i.e. emails and SMS.
-There should be invoice generation automatically & management after payments have been made by clients and to clients.
-There should be an integration of different payment options/gateways for clients.
-In the admin we need to be able to have different sales reps and
managers and assign agent codes through root and give them a user
and passcode to the site they will be able to use this user/pass to login
to the admin page and see only their customers and enter and submit
orders. Only users with management access can process orders and
then send to batch. Reps can only enter orders and see status on their
orders then cannot modify or submit changes they can only see and
make notes and save notes. Managers can only see and modify reps
created under them. Root can see all customers and reps and managers
and set user/passcodes for new or all existing sales reps and managers
process orders or anything else as needed. etc…

I have WordPress blog running on an Apache server with PHP and MYSQL on the back end.

A customer has a main record in the customers table which includes a userName and databasePassword, then several other fields and detail records (in detail tables) to describe their services, representatives (like sales reps), etc.

I need three (my guess, more may be required) XHTML / PHP / MYSQL forms that do the following:

1. A sign-up form with billing information and the ability to bill / pay via paypal. The form should let the user select a userID and then, after payment is accepted, generate, store, and display a random password, and insert the main record into the customer table. A “special offer” and recurrent billing should be included.

2. A form that allows a customer to change his password, edit basic fields, add or edit reps, add or edit services, etc. The form must include a password protected login (passwords are stored in the customer record). Once in, users can ONLY have access to THEIR master and detail records. The forms may require some validation (i.e., Users cant select “CA” and “ALL States” for the same speciality). Also, a logo may need to be uploaded to WordPress (I would prefer to let WordPress manage this upload to get sizes correct, etc).

3. A rep form so reps can change their information (note the reps table has a username and password for each rep). Another upload may be needed for a photo.

The front end is displayed under a WordPress template, so form formatting is not that important. I can clean it up and make it work in the WordPress environment.

A WordPress plugin solution for signup and the paypal portion is acceptable. I must approve the plugin you want to use. You must develop and demonstrate that part on your own WordPress site if required.

Other WordPress plugins are acceptable as well, as long as I approve them first, they do not interfere with existing plugins, and you can demonstrate them on your site.

I prefer elegant code to brute force. The use of sessions and cookies is acceptable. Java code is acceptable.

Jetpay Merchant Install

i have an admin tool that was built in PHP for processing health plan orders. We now have a merchant application that needs to be integrated through JetPay for ach and credit card transactions. There is a 1 time charge, and then we need to be able to set a recurring bill date.

Staff need to be able to enter the customers information for the order by the rep. Then under manager login the manager can process the payment information. Reps should not be able to do this. The system is setup so reps can only enter the customers original information and save it. Once its saved they cannot modify it, they can only make notes.(It needs to stay this way) The manager overseeing that rep can then login and pickup the order. go to the payment page. Enter the ACH or credit card information and hit submit. This info will then go to the gateway and the payment will be taken. Once the payment is successful it should send a message back to the admin tool letting the manager know it was a good payment. This should be shown by a Green light for good, or a red light for bad under a payment status field in the admin tool. We also need to be able to set the customer on a recurring billing date through the gateway as a 2nd step. So we do an initial sign up fee. See the payment went through, and then we do a recurring billing setup so the system charges the customer every month for their plan on an ongoing basis automatically. Each month this happens the system should be alerted if the payment was good or bad. it should also show the date the charge was made. this should also only be able to be done under manager logins or root. NOT Reps.

Forced Matrix Mlm Type Script

I need a Forced Matrix MLM Script that separates reps from customers – but within the same system / matrix?

Instead of using a dollar amount or commission % – what I want to do is assign a “customer point” (CPT) for everyone in the matrix that is active – rep and their clients.

Then be able to at the end of the month see that Joe has 53 CPTs, Jill has 101 CPTs and so forth.

Then I’m going to have Profit Pools set up based on CPTs.

Example:

Pool #1 – reps need 25 CPTs to qualify. Then everyone that qualifies for the pool – earns shares of that specific pool based on their total CPTs.

Pool #2 – reps need 50 CPTs – and so forth . . .

6 Pools – 5% of the company profits shared – 30% total. Then – sponsors earn a Matching Check for any Profit Pool Bonuses earned by anyone they personally sponsor. Basically – we are going to pay out 60% of the profits.

Need a way for them to enroll online, have genology tracking, various reports, forum, etc . . .

I’m cheap – less than $100 USD
