Video Rental Website.
I need a website that will function as follows.
Customer logs in to their account.
Customer can view a list of videos to rent.
Customer then pays using PayPal to rent the video.
Customer is then given access to watch the video.
Once a customer rents a video no one else is able to rent that particular video until the customer has finishes watching the video he rented.
The customer is given a certain amount of time to watch the video he rented. For example: If customer rented a 1 hour video the customer has 2 hours to watch the video. After 2 hours the video then becomes available for others to rent.
Once the video is checked out for rental it becomes unavailable for rental until the time limit has expired.
This website will need an admin area as well that will keep track of the customer’s account, allow for new videos to be added and allow for management of website.
Will also need a dropdown menu that I can add menu items to as well as an editable header and footer.
I understand how to use Dreamweaver to edit html pages.

Here is my situation…

My website www.privatelondonlandlords.co.uk (it is not live at the moment) I am selling ACCESS to my database of 10,000. Now when a customer buys an amount from me, I do not want them to see my actual list of e-mail addresses so they need to be hidden from the customer however what I want is them to be able to send their content to my list and it must be able to ensure inbox deliver ate.

The way it is set up at the moment is:

1. you fill the form out and select your list amount and click submit
2. you go through paypal website standards and make the order
3. you then receive e-mail confirmation with login details to the e-mail sender
4. once you login with your e-mail address and password you can send your e-mail through the sender.
5. it is set up as an e-mail forwarder so all e-mails are sent to an e-mail address connected upto the script which will process the list amount they bought and forward that amount the content they sent. (they also need to enter an access code which they get when they buy)
6. thy have 4 send out attempts within 17 days (once 4 send outs have been made or if it goes pass the 17 days, the sender will be blocked)

That is the jist of how it works. The problem is, the deliver rate is more junk than inbox and apparently according to my hosting Host Gator (I have a VPS set up) they say the coding is very confusing and another programmer had a look and said they believe it to be the coding and not the server.

I want it to hit the main e-mail providers:

What can be done here?

The idea is to make an app for mobile phones & iPad, which helps persons to administrate properties for rent. I would like to add geolocation in somewhere.

We own a group of domain names and they all go to the same page on
a parking company’s server.

When someone goes to the front page of the domain name, a banner is
loaded in addition to the parking ads. You can view an example domain

As you can see there, there is a banner that says.. Mybad.com
is available and when you click thru you get a contact form.

The banner is being served from our server, and the script that serves
the banner detects the domain name and inserts it in the banner. When
someone clicks a diff script also detects the domain name and
places the name into the form.

We are wanting to create a database script that will do several
different things. It will detect the domain name and then look
in the domain database to determine what page should be displayed.
The pages will be either be

Inquire form,
a rental form (to rent the entire domain),
a advertise form to let people rent the banner space,
or simply display an Ad that we have decided on.
or whatever (flexibility to add other options).

The database should contain the information such as the domain name,
the status (one of the 4 above), etc. and then display the
appropriate form or be redirected to an advertisers url. There
should be an admin area to add/remove and edit the prices.

In the process of determining the domain name, the script should also record each unique impression and click thru and this information
should be viewable from the admin.

I believe the best thing to do is to take a generic banner
script with tracking capability to record this information
and to serve the banners. I don’t want to recreate a whole banner
system as there are plenty out there that can be modified.

For now we just want to set it up to be done manually, ie: the person
click thru and we manually modify the domain name to be rented, or
manually set up the banners. We have a partial script set up that works with
our billing company http://rent.p-srv.net/land2-2.shtml?MyBad.com.
As you can see there it is functional.

Later though, if this phase is successful we will want more features added,
automating the process.

Time is of the essence though, we need this part quickly, then we can
move on to other features.

Hello. I have a shoe shine stand and I charge booth rent to my independent shoe shine service providers. I need a spreadsheet that would be able to be somewhat adjustable meaning I can add employees and drop employees as needed. There should be a section for the day of week, the name of the employee and whether they are working on the morning shift or the evening shift. If possible I also need it to be in a calendar type format so that the date is visible. I need to be able to put in the amount paid, and the amount owed for each day they work. It should calculate what they paid and what is still owed. It will probably need to be fine tuned in the future as I see fit. I need it to be able to sub-total any timeframe I need. ex: If I need to see how much was paid in the last two weeks from a particular person I want to be able to key in the dates and the name of that person and get the total.

I need a system exactly similar to the way rent a coder works in that people can come on and list jobs they need done. Then someone needing work can come on place a bid. I want essentially an exact clone of Rent a Coder. This site will also need the ability to upload and download high res photos on both client and employer side. There should be steps put into place for both sides to have to agree to terms and conditions.
