Renovate an existing site to make it an HTLM CMS site.

We have an existing website that was done in Word Press. We need it converted to CMS with Joomla back end access. Very minimal flash. 7 page. This project will require back and forth edits until it is perfect. We just want the designer to be aware. We need it completed by Friday November 25, 2011

Need logo for residential renovations company. However,I intend to use the design on advertising and promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, company T-shirts – so, it must be customizable. The name of the company is: “Oasis Home Renovation (and Handyman) Services. One of the most important things that I want is for the design to incorporate the theme of an oasis – to convey a feeling of calm in a hectic society. So basically I would like the design to have a small simple house, with a simple tree to one side of the house possibly providing some shade for the house. The crown of the tree should be close to an olive to medium dark green colour. (This is one of the company colours as well as a yellow colour which will complement the green). Now, in the background, I would like to have a simple “cityscape,” or something as simple as a tall skycraper or building. The tree that I mentioned earlier should be positioned somewhere between the house and tall building. A vector design would be okay as long as it is touched up afterwards to give the effect of a hand drawn design.

I need a logo / design to anchor future Web site, biz cards, marketing material, etc.

The design should be strong, but not overly bold / masculine.

The attached “logo” is already in use, but I do like the idea of a house silhouetted against a simple backdrop. Inside the house could be the text “E Squared”.

Also, the text attached is the company name, although the text may change for branding’s sake.

Finally, the third attachment is the suggested color scheme (modern, warm, inviting).

As this is for a client, we need to see some examples soon, but may require some revisions, and versions with alternate text or colors.

Building Industry / Renovation EBook. This is easy for someone who knows this area. I am looking for a writer to complete an ebook on a very specific topic in the building / renovation indusrty. (Topic to be given to the successful writer) It will have approx. 12 chapters each one will be extensive in its own right, it will include graphics and drawsings relating to the text/topic.
