Press Release Site

June 11th, 2009 Comments off

Hi Folks,

I am after a clone of www.webwire.com. Basically I want a press release website where users can post press releases with the same fields as webwire. Once the press release is written, they should be able to preview it then edit it again or continue. On the next page they should be able to select which categories to submit it to (like webwire.com)

In addition to the above, I require the following functionality:

I would like 3 user levels like the following:

Basic = 1 press release per month

Gold = 5 press release submissions per month.

Platinum = 100 press release submissions per month

Elite = unlimited press release submissions per month

I would also like the ability to edit these levels from the admin panel, add new levels, delete levels, and change member benefits for each level.

I would also like a unique encoded link for each member level, so that if a new user comes to the site via that link, their profile is automatically set to that user level (the admin can upgrade and downgrade users on a one by one basis from administration panel)

I would also like the categories and subcategories to match those here: http://www.webwire.com/industries.asp

When creating a new press release as an author, the fields available should match those at www.webwire.com:

RELEASE CONTENT
* Headline: [textbox]
* Company/Organization/Event: [textbox]
* Full Release: [textarea]

CONTACT INFORMATION
If any part of the Contact Information below is within the Full Release above, please delete it from the box above to avoid repetition. (All contact fields are required):

* Contact Name: [textbox]
* Contact Title: [textbox]
* Contact Agency/Company: [textbox]
* Contact Telephone: [textbox]
* Contact Email: [textbox]

ADDITIONAL LINKS – (OPTIONAL)

If you are interested in placing additional links apart from those possibly within the content of your release, please use the following fields. These links will display within WebPost

Press Release Site

I am looking for someone that can create a press release submission website. This site could function very much like your average article directory in how users create an account, log-in, and submit their articles. From my understand the directories are run on PHP and MySQL which is great!

I am looking for a solution that functions like most press release sites online in how you can register and submit press releases online. The main fucntions that I want is that it should display the content like they do for search engine purposes. It should automatically put each new press release into an RSS Feed. It should also automatically have clean, search engine frinedly URLs like WordPress permalinks function when you create a dash between words from the title of the press release.

I want to be able to incorporate Adsense into the website easily.

If you can design this platform on WordPress to save money that is awesome! If you need to take an existing and open source article directory script that is great as well. I am interested in a site that functions very similar to press release sites or article directory sites.

I am open to design options, but I am most worried about functionality.

My goal is to have this done in 10 days if possible. My budget is $200 for this work. Please bid even if you think that price point is absurd and explain to me why it should be more.

Also, installing the website should be basic as it should use a MySQL database for storing the content and it should be able to be used on PHP sites.

I anxiously look forward to your bid!
