I have several serial numbers to older versions that I have purchased over the past 10 years. I cannot find the CDs for them. I am changing computers. I have a set of CDs for MS Office but none of the serial numbers work for the version that I have. MS Office no longer supports the versions I purchased and does not carry older versions. I’d like a clean reinstall of OSC 2.2, and add the latest version of the contributions that I use. The contributions that I use are STS, coupon, extra questions, one page checkout, abandoned cart, easy populate, scrolling specials and page management.

I have the Gateway Operating System Disc. It is Microsoft, Windows Vista, Home Premium 32-Bit. I did not make a backup CD, I know I’m a idiot.

The laptop started off with a virus from the internet, I had not turned on my laptop in over a month and my anti virus was out of date. I took it upon myself to try and fix, so I looked up on the internet how to delete the operating system and reinstall it. I’m having some problem on setting up the Account Expiration Control (AEC) componet.
Everything should work fine, but when I try to register the new account, it was put in Pending status in AEC.
And when login with that username, I got two plans for the user: “Your Membership” and “Further Memberships”

So, it look like AEC is messed up now. I think it’s better to clean install the AEC component again, and set everything up to work correclty.
I would like you to fresh re-install the Account Expiration Control (AEC) component and make sure you set up everything correctly.
