This posting is to finish a project I started half a year ago that a programmer was never able to finish. The original project (see “original description.txt” in attached file) was mainly a redirection engine for cellphone users. In short, the programmer did most all of the work, with the payment system integration (paypal), migrating it to another server, and some file protection being what’s left.

What I would like is for you to add the option into the script that will rotate multiple offer URL’s using the url with the magic number.
So if my url with the magic number is:

Each time it is loaded it will rotate urls from my list of cpa offers:
