the work that is required consists of an 8 page application form that we need recreating exactly as it is now but in a way that will enable the user to type directly into the fields and nothing else. We also need the form in a format that allows us to edit all parts of the form.

I have a logo that is created, I just need the text to be wrapped around logo perfectly and evenly. I need the logo to pop out just a little. I am providing logo and text in vector file. I am also providing a vector sample in my file.

Once the job is completed I need the file in vector format.

I have some photoshop files that need to be recreated in photoshop for print output meaning these files needed to be recreated in 300dpi.

Let me explain in detail:

I don’t need a new design, just build a better and faster theme with better and faster css design.

the work has to match the current design and ALL the features of the site has to work.

The new theme should be unique and NOT based on the older theme.
The theme code has to be modern wordpress 3.1 code.

I want to recreate the theme since there are too many http request’s in the current theme and the css is poorly designed.

The end result should look EXACTLY the same as the current design but with much less http request and smaller file size of the theme files.

The theme has to be XHTML/css validated and clean code.

I just bought a domain name off of sedo and have all ready taken possession of the domain name ( poker.org.uk ) unfortunately I do not have access to the ftp server with the old info.

I need someone to go in and save all of the website manually by visiting each page. I need all the images saved including the buttons and logo, the css, all the articles, so that I can upload the site to the new server and it will look exactly as is. I realize there is a search function that cannot be replicated I will simple remove that.

I will provide FTP access, you can then upload all of the files.

I expect all the banners, images, and links to work. While the current site might be database driven I can work it if the files are all sent as simple .html pages. You might have to recreate some of the work.
