I need a that records a video to a Flash Media Server.

You will need to
- provide me with all the files that go into the applications folder of the FMS
- create a Flash file with the following features:
– asks viewer to connect to webcam
– has start recording button that turns into a stop recording button once the recording starts
– set basic video details for the stream (size and quality)
– record video to the Flash Server application
– play video back to user while recording (using the local version so that it does not have a delay)
– Once finished (stop button is pressed), submit the url of the stream to an external php script on another server (you do not need to create this external script. I just need to know the POST or GET variable names).

Video must take a flash variable as parameter (numeric user id). This parameter must be transferred to the external script.

When recording is stopped, the user should be presented with the option to replay the recorded video or delete it.
On deletion, the recorded video should be removed from the server.

I know this can be done with only a couple of dozen lines of code, but I am unable to find a complete tutorial on it.

I recently installed Windows 7 (32 bit) and I’m having trouble with the sound cards (onboard sound and sound blaster). What I want to do is to be able to record what I hear on my speakers. I could do it with Windows xp, but not with Windows 7. With Windows xp, the sound blaster I could do this. They had a feature built in called What U Hear. But that is no longer available in Windows 7. So what I would like some to do is come up with a solution for this problem. I was using it to broadcast video on my desktop and at the same time broadcast the audio with it. I’d like to use the Sound Blaster Audigy Card with Windows 7. Please bidders should have extensive PC knowledge and know how to fix this issue.. I can assist the winning bidder on team viewer to fix this problem.

We are looking to hire some narrators, and I need to find a website that offers mp3 recording software that is low cost.

What might be ideal is mp3 recording software that has a 30 day trial period for free. But, sometimes those only record just two minutes– and that’s not good for us. It needs to be able to record at least 30 minutes.

It also needs to be able to record in mp3 format.

It needs to work on Vista. (I’ve had a few that I used in the past that worked great on XP, but now I see they dont work on Vista).

There are a bunch of these mp3 recording programs on www.downloads.com, but I’m running short on time and cannot spare a few hours to go and check them all out one at a time.

All files to be worked with/created by this java app will be high quality mp3

Allow for simultaneous recording of more than one person so that interviews may be recorded.

Allow for user-selected music file(s) to be automatically prepended, inserted and appended to the session.

Allow for music to be recorded while speakers are being recorded
– use a music cue with lower audio level to remind speaker to break for ad
– allow pre-defined audio ads to play/record during session

Admin functionality included:
- define times to automatically insert ads into session, ie 20 minutes in, 40 minutes in, etc.
- define file(s) to be inserted
- define total session length (60 min, 15 min, etc)

Must be able to record at least 60 minute sessions.

A decent skin – something easy for novices to use and figure out with Record, Play, Pause buttons (etc) along with the ability to select music files to be pre-prended, inserted and appended to their session from a drop down list. Record level indicators (lights)

Useage:

I am doing phone training and use audio clips of telephone calls for training. I put the audio clip of the phone recording in audacity. At a certain part of the recording I need to be shown how to cut that section and insert a recording of me giving them feedback on that part of the call. We have 5 Linksys Ip Cameras, WVC54GC model, they provide with a video only (no audio) stream in .ASF format. Linksys comes with a software to do streaming and viewing and also to record, but it creates a lot of problems and doesnt meet our requirements.

We have a Windows screen recording program which has 2 problems which we need solved. The program records the screen and audio. It outputs the file in .flv and .avi formats. We have the source codes. It was built in Delphi.

Problem 1
There is audio break-up in the files and the video plays back too fast.

Problem 2
The program does not use the standard procedure for detecting and using the installed audio devices which have been set in Windows.

On all our test machines, (WinXP 32bit, Vista 32bit and Vista 64bit) we have other popular screen recording programs installed and they work perfectly so we know there is not a problem with our machines or audio devices.

When the recording session has ended and the Save button is pressed, the encoding procedure begins there are 2 small little icons appearing in the taskbar near the clock that are titled: ffdshow video encoder and ffdshow audio encoder
