Hi, I would like a high quality recipe/cooking instructions on how to cook a prime rib. I don’t want to just copy another recipe out there, I want an original recipe. You can take parts from various recipes to create a unique one if you like. I want the recipe to include all the ingredients, step-by-step cooking instructions (marinating procedures, cooking times/temperatures, thermometers, etc), and I want it to be very high quality. I don’t just want a simple, short recipe. I want it to be very easy to understand, even if someone has never cooked before, so I would like it to be a very good lengthy recipe with cooking instructions. If you have any pictures that are not copyrighted that you would like to include, that would be great too.

Hi, I would like 1 article and 1 cooking recipe on “How to cook a prime rib”.

I would like a 500 – 600 word article written talking about prime rib and the best way to cook it. The article should not tell how to cook it, just talk about best pracitices, etc in cooking it.

I would also like a really good step-by-step recipe written on how to cook a prime rib. The recipe should be easy to follow and be written just like you would would see in a cookbook with ingredients needs, cooking instructions, steps, etc. I do not want to you to just find a recipe and copy it, I would like it to be re-written and changed up to be made my own original version. For example, if different recipes use different ingredients, maybe combine different ingredients from different recipes and so forth.

am looking for programming help to modify a wordpress site in 3 ways listed below. My client has a wordpress website

She has travel and recipe categories. She wants the recipes to separate from the rest of the other categories and become a dropdown menu. That is not all, the recipes are tied to a long text above it in the post. She wants only the recipe (with out the above text) to show up in the dropdown list.
2. List archive by title
She would like another section in the side bar which says Travel Tales. Here she would like all the archives listed by title. This is possible on a wordpress.com site with short code but I have tried a plug in for an independent site, but it wouldn’t do it in the widgets sidebar only in a post or page.
3. Categories widget but with excludes
Lastly she wants a section called destinations which will be listed by category. That is easy but she would like to have the recipe section excluded here as it is included in point number 1.
Is this possible?

I have a list of 740 recipe titles & links to recipes on the internet. I need you to completely rewrite each recipe in a standardised format:

- Short recipe introduction/description 15 – 25 words
- Ingredients list, rewritten and re-ordered
- Step by step instructions, rewritten with main tasks labelled under sub-headings (see example)
- preparation time & cooking time stated (copied from the recipe)
- recipe tags

The 740 recipes are split into 14 groups: broccoli recipes, turnip recipes, beetroot recipes, cabbage recipes, watercress recipes, avocado recipes, aubergine recipes, courgette recipes, artichoke recipes, cauliflower recipes, pear recipes, leek recipes, onion recipes, parsnip recipes.

You will be given 1 group of recipes first (50 recipes). You will submit the work and if does not meet English standards & quality standards the project will be instantly cancelled.

English Standards:

- Minimal grammar & spelling errors (max 2 errors per 50 recipes)
- Zero linguistic errors – the content must read as a native English speaker would say it.
- If it becomes clear you cannot meet these standards, project will be cancelled.

Quality Standards:

- No copying, we have written a script that will automatically compare each recipe using copyscape.
- Stick to the Standardised recipe format (see attached example)
- Recipe instructions must be rewritten & be longer than the original
- Create subheadings for the main cooking stages (see example)
- The food & cookery terminology used must be correct and accurate

Communication:

- Daily contact via email/msn
- You can ask me for clarification if there are any issues with certain recipes

Submitting The Work:

- Submit each group of recipes in a separate Rich Text File (.rtf) in the format shown in the attached example

Application Process:

To apply for this project you must follow these steps – or your bid will be ignored:

- Before apply please make sure you fully understand the project (ask me any questions first)
- Download and open all of the attached files
- Choose 1 recipe from the recipeexamples.doc and rewrite it as described above & shown in the format.rtf
- Send the recipe as a PM to me in Rich Text Format and in the format shown.
- State in your bid anything you think is relevent and how long you can do the work in

Payment Schedule:

- I will fund an escrow for 1 fourteenth of the work and send you about 50 recipes.
- Submit these recipes and I will check and give feedback
- Payment released if work meets standards, otherwise feedback given and you can resubmit
- If English standards are not met on the first submission, project is cancelled
- If quality standards are not met on the 2nd submission, project is cancelled

If the standards are met – I will release payment and fund escrow for the full amount.

First and foremost a piece of software needs to be written for the iPhone and iPod touch which is aimed at students, to help them eat more healthily have a better diet and make the most of the ingredients they have.

The app will display a list of all the ingredients needed and step by step instructions on how to cook them. It will also have a toggle bar that adjusts the ingredients ratio, depending on how many people are being cooked for. A picture of the dish will also be displayed allowing the user to see what it should look like. Also, helpful information about the dish will be made available if possible, such as this is good if you are on a diet, and how many calories the dish should contain.
The app will have a database full of recipes, starters, main courses and deserts for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The user will be able to search for recipes by ingredients, for example using what they have left in the fridge e.g. carrots onions and celery and the app might display a vegetable soup. Or the user may search by genre e.g. Indian, Chinese or Italian cuisines. Or the user may search by time taken to cook the dish, e.g. if the user is in a rush and only has 10 minutes to cook a dish then beans on toast might be recommended. Finally the user may search by rating. Once a user has cooked a dish, they can give it a rating out of 5 allowing the app to recommend similar dishes, or just display the most popular ones. Attempts must be made to make the software as clear, easy and as fun to use as possible, by having a black and white colour scheme, large buttons, clear instructions, and making the most of the physical aspects of the iPhone such as using the accelerometer.

The app will have a timer, which can warn the user when to check their cooking.
A shopping list feature allowing the user to be able to select the ingredients they don’t have from a list of ingredients needed and use this in a supermarket as a shopping reminder.
The user will be able to add their own recipes to the app. This will allow them to share their favourite recipes with others, and it will also act as a reminder of measurements for example. Users with the app installed will have the ability to invite friends to a meal.

Finally the app will have a unit converter, between kilograms and ounces, between litres and pints and between centigrade and gas mark.

A few small features may be added later, but this is the core concept.

Only a few recipes 10 will need to included in the app, I will add other othes. There is currently a free recipe example that can be downloaded from the iphone developer program (IphoneCoreDataRecipes) which could be a good starting point as it has a unit converter as well.

The code will have to be very well commited, this is essential, every feature must be explained how it is done. In good english.

You are given a set of keywords (loaded from a file). For example:

banana cake recipe
blue cake recipe
salmon pattie recipe
monkey bread recipe
corned beef and bread recipe
blue punch recipe
jello poke cake recipe

You need to output a list of keyword patterns, sorted by number of times the pattern appears in keywords:
[...] recipe 7
[...] cake recipe 3
[...] bread recipe 2
blue [...] 2

The additional input parameter can be minimum number of words a pattern can have to be considered. If for example this was set at 2, the output would become:

[...] cake recipe 3
[...] bread recipe 2

You should ignore noncharacter-nondigit for example “cake recipe ! ” is same as cake recipe.

The real trick is to write a good algorithm that will work fast – my test file contains nearly 200,000 keywords !

The website is for a collection of recipes, articles and ingredients, with photographs, and needs to be properly categorised and searchable.
I want an online admin area where I can login and input data using forms and also edit the site options etc.

The most important feature for the recipes is I want recipes to be scalable, and the units of each ingredient to be changeable.

For example, if a recipe serves 4, I want the end user to be able to change this to serves 2 or 10, and the ingredients quantities are
scaled up or down accordingly. Likewise, I want the recipes to be as standard in grams or milliliters, however allow the end user to change the
units to pounds and pints etc.
I also want a article and a glossary section of the website.

The system must include SEO urls, integrate a stylesheet switcher from the beginning and allow infinite categories for each recipe.

I’m using Custom Fields Search and Custom Field Template plugins to give me two-tier searching on my WordPress recipe site. That is, you can search specifically for a summer recipe that involves asparagus.

The plugin setup works except that it displays a result every time something is tagged. So if one recipe has summer AND asparagus, it comes up twice.
