I urgently need a developer to create a script to import, upload and update xml date from a real estate database to my real estate website. The script should also automatically perform this function periodically ( at set times during the day). I currently have an Open Realty website. The script should be able to map xml in REAXML format.

Either a text exclusive logo or use a picture having to do with real estate like a for sale sign but preferably a house. Colors if any should be neutral to blues and greens of different shades since the final color of the site is still in process. My web site is currently based on Open-Realty Version 2.5.2 – what I need is:

- move the site from current hosting company to new one
- possible upgrade to newer version
- current contact form doesnt have any captcha filter and I get some spam every now and then hence I would like to implement some (unless it comes with upgrading to a newer version of OR).

All in all should be pretty easy for anyone with a bit of experience with OR. Please contact me.

I would like a slideshow add on for Open Realty

Real estate broker needs simple web real estate site. Site must have easy to use back end for Broker/Agents for loading photos of properties, Property descriptions and ability for customers to search local MLS from the site.

Open Realty would be OK if you know how to make some changes to it. Like changing property categories, changing the header, and a few other little things like that.

There are a couple things that need fixed on my site

1. IDX listings need to download nightly. So I am considering buying Transperent RETS.. I would like someone to work with me on the install and fixing my other issues in Open Realty

2. When adding listings through the control pannel, they are not being displayed in the search results. I added 24 of my listings with pictures.. If you go to www.kdgrealestate.com/open-realty view all , you will see 24 listings come up back you can not click them to view them.. Probably a minor fix

3. I would like to add some custom searches for customers to search through my site. They are certain fields in the MLS. Such as distressed, Short Sale, REO, Commercial.. I believe they are classes set in the in the control pannel of OR

4. I would like a feature so a customer can click the listing and generate a pdf report with just my contact info on the flyer

5. Things in the near future are playing music with the virutal tour

6. A form for new members to signup, asking them their criteria and having my website sending them listings that meet their criteria and notifying me and them when homes they are looking for are available

I need a XML-importer for Open Realty

The script/addon shall fetch xml-feeds with listings from several different partnersites and import the listings into the openrealty database on my site.

The script should the xmlfeeds regularly using CRON

The lisitings from each xmlfeed should be listed under a separate user/agent for each xmlfeed, without effecting that users other listings.

The cript/addon should import photos from a Full URL located in the XML file. Thumbnails are to be generated automatically.

Imported listing are updated if they have already been inserted in order to maintain tihe listing ID.

I would like to build a custom home-page search interface for Open Realty, that would include a click-able map to select areas. Furthermore, I would like to be able to select multiple areas and display all of the results.

Is this possible? Does anyone have experience With open Realty and can do this for me?

We just had a server crash and lots of images has gone missing. The backup was corrupt and the company hosting our web does not have backup…

so when looking at the website now it is throwing a lot of error message because thumbnails and normal size pics are missing at random.

Until now I have manually gone in and edited some listings and deleted the missing pictures from the listing… but we have 2500 listings… and pictures are missing from every listing it seems..

These are the errors being throwed on the site:

Our client owns the website “liveonlake.com” which we host.

She wants to add more functionality to the website and offer a directory where customers can post their lakefront properties on this directory. She wants the poster to have to pay a fee which will be deposited into her paypal account and then gives them access to a form where they can upload their property. We already found a script we like called openrealty and we just need it modified to look like the current color scheme and modify the directory so that it is organized by city>lake>property

I am wondering if it’s possible to integrate MLS feed for a Toronto based real estate website. So far I’ve seen sites like realwebleads.com and others offering IDX solutions, but they have monthly fees and they take care of everything.

I have a website already setup, but the listing system is currently manual, with us having to manually add listings. Not sure about restrictions with TREB or even MLS.ca , if someone has developed a solution to get the feed on the site, please contact me.

I am currently using Open Realty, can also use open realty integrated with Joomla if needed using CMSRealty.

I am looking for someone fluent in both “Joomla” CMS like interface and “Open Realty” as the fundamental operation.
The modules are primarily to provide “UMP” for languages displayed and a search module pushed for the rental period.
A module “google map” would be good also, based on a fairly simple template like “elegant”.
