I need to build a website similar to ratemyprofessor.com but for another occupation.

We are looking to develop a website that has a similar look, feel and functionality as Yelp but with a few less social networking options (No messaging, friends, compliments etc) and a greater focus on the reviews and rating features.

Some of the important features we need are:

1.Clean layout (similar to Yelp), easy navigation with minimal clicks and a very simple registration process.Email, first Name, Last Name, User Name, Password etc.

2. Simple to use Business Owners Area, separate from regular Member’s Area, that allows Business Owners to add their business to the site as well as the option for purchasing enhanced information features, photos, location, website, google map, specials & coupons, menus etc. Business owners should also be able to claim a rating/review by clicking on the link below the listing and going to the Members area.

3. Solid and robust user admin interface, accessible from the internet, with ability to control/manage the entire website from changes to all areas of the site such as; general settings, site content, enable/disable features and functions, user/business management, advertising/sponsor management, reviews/rating management, fee management, tables management, categories/sub category management, location etc.

4. A newsletter function integrated to enable us to send an automated or custom email to any or all of our users. The email system should also be able to target emails to users in specific locations. Ip addresses of all users are recorded with the ability to block, suspend or cancel membership.

Hi I have a rating website dating.iurate.com and I want to take this site to the next level and make the script better and add more features to it.
The features I want to add are:
A better rating system like hotornot.com like the more users rate the more rating they will get.
Add a photo comments where my users can add comment below the photo like what myspace does.
Users are able to order their top friends.
Water mark on images.
Hotlist (where users add celebrity or something in their hotlist)
Gift feature where users can send and recieve gift and users must rate to gain points and with those points they are able to send and recieve gifts.
And also I need someone good at zend and decoding stuff

I would like to create a simple website where users can rate pictures. Also a user can upload a picture to be rated. We would like different categories so a browser can rate from certain categories. Needs to have full admin to create categories, delete pictures and accounts. A user should be able to register for a free account and they can upload a picture, title and description to a certain category. Would also like to have a small link to see the rest of the picutres a user uploaded.

An example would be a “Ring”, so a user can upload 10 pictures of the ring. One picture would show up to be rated, but if a user wanted to see more pictures of the ring, they could click a link and see more pictures.

I am looking for someone to create a website like ratemycop dot com. But the landing page to look more like verifiedbuddy dot com. I want the page to have create graphics like verifiedbuddy dot com. Ratemycop takes you to a map of the US. Maybe instead of that we can put a data base search like many social networks that lets you search by name email address and city and state. I want the same concept of ratemycop dot com but be able to put certain information on each page as illustrated below.
