We need a website clone of Pandora.com for a new internet radio site. The clone does not have to be from Pandora.com… however, it does have to have the ability for the user to create their own stations like pandora.

There are a few open API’s out there, like shoutCAST and others.

We do not want these songs/music in our database, but rather use an existing open free internet radio site with the same functionality as pandora.com to use on our site.

I have a quiz containing 5 questions each with 2 or 3 answers that the user can select via radio buttons.

Once the user has selected the answers they would then click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the page.

I would like to have the opt-in form come up by a lightbox (or something that performs the same function) once the they click the “submit” button.

All questions should be “required”.

The biggest requirement is that depending on how they answer the final question I would like to send them to 1 of 3 separate lists or opt-in forms.

So, the opt-in that pops up will depend on how the final question is answered.

I would be a great added touch to have a active graphic following the “submit” button and before the opt-in form appears to show that the system is “thinking”. (see attachment)

This would also have to be 650px wide.
