As first phase of this project need simple bot with source code that will get odds from betdaq, analyze odds and place bets on betdaq when conditions met.

I currently store the past performances of greyhounds in an excel spreadsheet, or number of sheets.
I collect a number of pieces of data about each dog in each race. This data is then processed via firmulas in the spreadsheet to deliver a “performance rating”. Factors taken into account include the track, distance, starting boxes, class of race, sectional times, winning time, margins from winner, interference, track condition, etc.

These performance ratings are then used as the base for calculating “predictive ratings”for greyhounds in up-coming races, using formulas I have developed in Excel.

I want a database that automates the process, so that results can be pasted into a table, and these would then be processed into records of each dog, and performance ratings calculated. Then, by inserting a list of the runners in an upcoming race, after taking into account factors such as class of race, starting box, track, distance, track condition, expected sectional times, etc.

This would be fairly similar to methods used in horse racing, but with factors particular to greyhound racing and also particular to my methods abd formulas developed over many years

I need an online stock car racing simulation website made. It will be a text based racing game. Something along the same genre as vivi.com. There will be weekly races (you will not need to create these races, I will have those taken care of by someone else unless you could convince me otherwise) which will be created based on each driver’s stats, car setup and other things.

The players will not race, themselves. They will train their driver. They can have their driver practice at the race track, and edit the setup of the car. Many details about the practice will be recorded and used to figure out how the driver will race. On race day, each of these profiles will be entered in and the race will be played out from that.

You will not need to create the race or the practice. I just need the surrounding website. The profiles and network.

Players will create a profile for a racing team and employ a driver to race in one or more of the racing series. Certain details about the team will be logged, as well as car setups and speeds from practice laps.

The user can choose through different tabs to navigate around the site;
garage (to view details about their cars and setups)
practice (to run practice laps on different tracks, preparing for the next race)
teams (to view other teams profile pages, rankings, leaderboards)
news (to view current events pertaining to the events)
research and development (to improve your stats or buy new equipment)
bank (how much money the team has)
etc…

Viewing other teams’ profiles, you can see their stats; wins, top 5′s, top 10′s. You can send messages and also interact with that team, some what. You can either ‘bump’ someone or ‘draft’ them. Each positive or negative interaction you have with a team, adds a ally/rival point to your log file for that driver. During a race, ally/rival points affect how each driver drives when around each car.

I don’t need anything too fancy or impressive. Simple can be enough. One special feature that I would like to add is a split frame built into the site, that can cycle through advertisements. The user will be able to turn it on or off. The reason they would turn it on would be because they earn more money in the game for every ad that cycles through.

I can give a much more detailed description. If you have the skills I need to finish this job, try. I might be interested in you. I would like someone who has actually read over my project as opposed to the people who will give me the same cookie cutter response that they give to every other job on here.

I need a couple of JavaScript applets made for an on line racing simulator. You will not need to design these applets, nearly all of the pseudo code will be given to you. I have worked out most of the details, I just need someone to build it for me. It will not be graphical. Everything it displays will be the text representation of what happens.

The first applet will simulate laps around a race track. It will take information from the user( tire pressure, gear ratios, etc) and static variables about each track (length, turn difficulty, angle of the turn, etc). All these variables will be run through a formula and it will return an estimated lap time. This lap time will be saved in a database. The time will also be compared to the fastest recorded time and displayed to the user.

The next program may or may not need to be JavaScript, but will use the same functions as the first program. It will take each user’s car setup and simulate a race; lap by lap, pass by pass. There will be possibilities for wrecks if certain events occur (cars getting too close to each other, etc), blown engines (if parts fail), and other random occurrences that could happen in a race. This “race” will be recorded in a text format and sent to be displayed on an applet leader board. This leader board will be updated as the race is “run”.

I already have a football prediction script in my possession. I need to modify it so that users would now be predicting on horses instead of football teams. In the original script (which I can provide) teams would go head to head and users would predict their score (for e.g. Liverpool 4 – Man Utd 1) and get points based on their results. There could be any number of matches per week.

In the modification that I need you to make, people would instead see a list of horses in a race and they should predict which horses would rank 1st to 3rd. They would then get points based on those predictions. There should be an optional number of horses per race and an optional number of races per day.

As you can see, it’s a very small modification. So don’t waste your time posting excessively high bids.

I need a horse racing program to take results from previous horse races and simulate the current race 20,000 times and pick the order of finish as well as the best exacta, trifecta, superfecta bets and show the percentage of times they should hit based on the simulations this should aslso be done for the win place and show. . I have an MSDOS program that does this if you need an example. Will need to run a monte carlo program obviously data to be taken from tsnhorse.com from one of their program files there which I will supply the exact one via PM. This also needs to be a web based software where when the user logs into the site via username password when he selects a track to have the simulation run it grabs the file from tsn runs it and provides results in a printable form for all races.

The software will also need to download results for tracks results and keep a database of stats for users to see

This Sporinglife site reports the up to date SP from each track. I need to grab the official SP from the track from the course as soon as the race starts.

The information I require is the first four horses and their SP just as the race has started.

The information I need will pass to either;
a) an excel spreadsheet where I run a macro to determine if there is a valid bet or

b) the information is passed to a subroutine within the code for manipulation.
If this option is chosen I will complete this part of the code when the project if finished

If the outcome is a bet, as reported by either the excel macro or subroutine, I would require a bet to be placed on the favourite horse using Betfair. The bet could be a lay bet or a back bet, in most instances this will be a lay bet.

The complete action would need to take place within a few seconds of the race starting.

Once the race is complete I would need to determine if the bet was successful, this would determine the bet stake for the next race.

On an average day I would expect 3 bets.

I require the application to be written in Visual Basic .Net.
I require a full & complete explanation of the code. I am currently learning VB.net & would require full understanding of the code so I can manipulate or change details later if required.

I would require a test version to run without placing bets to ensure the bot can achieve the outcome I have specified

I need a custom horse racing software created that is web based via a username password controlled area with a shopping cart. There will need to be a section for free picks that I can assign a random track each day and will automatically post picks to that section from the software for the chosen track

The program will need to use a monte carlo system algorytham to run simulations of horse races 50k times. There will need to be an area where horses can be “Scratched” from being included in the simulations when a horse has been removed from the race. The software will need to run the entire card at one time for each track so that it can calculate the best exotic wagers ie. picks for pick 6 pick 3 etc that various tracks offer. User will need to be able to enter in their budget for each wager.

Software will use the TSN Past Performance Data Files from Tsnhorse.com it is a coma deliniated file. Software will need to go in and download the files each night and run the races for the next days races.

After running software results will need to be published to site as follows by each track (self creating pages) and prvious days picks archived for users to look at in the future

Horse name Jockey name Morning line odds Actual odds(from software calculations) number of races won (based on simulation of 50k races)

These results will need to be from best horse to worst horse

then in a seperate area the odds of exacta trifecta and superfecta probabilities of each race

Then if the user has decided for the other exotic wagers (pick 3 pick 4 pick 6) these will need to be shown as well

Advertising banners will need to be shown as well for extra revenue

The last feature it needs is to download results files from Brisnet.comm called “Comprehensive Charts Files” and match race results for each track with the software picks and spit out results or each track and keep a running total in a database for the duration of the meet and as well as an overall lifetime results for each track

Hi, I guess this project has two parts to it. The first part would be to build a database of past horse racing results, the next would be to build a program that can let me analyse the data, create betting systems based on rules, and back test the systems. So I suppose a good knowledge of horse racing is pretty important. I would also need the program to run on a mac as I don’t use windows.

- Would like the wheels to look as if turning fast on a race track.

- Would like the speedometer arm to move from the lower numbers to the 300. The movment needs to be as a racing car that has to slow and then speed to get to the fastest speed as if going on to the straight of a racing track. Show some vibration as the speed reaches the higher limits.

- the words “Get there” to come in fast from the right followed by the word “FAST”. These words stay in place as the word “Pakka” fades in and stays.

- the movement of the wheels and the lines need to loop but the text stays without looping.
