I need a website built with an online store attached. The main site should have 4 or 5 pages, one of which is a gateway to the online store.

I need to have a Zencart template configured with my items. If there is a way for it to integrate with Quickbooks POS’s inventory, that would be ideal. I would probably start with roughly 2000 items, divided into around 20 categories. Look at www.bghydro.com, www.gchydro.com for examples of what the ecommerce sections will be like..

I am looking for someone that can design a script that would bridge the gap between bookkeeping software ( Quickbooks, peachtree and MYOB) and two Professional Tax, Accounting and Workflow Tools for Businesses which are Lacerte.Turbotax and Prosystems)

Basically, I want the script to take the information from quickbooks or peachtree or MYOB and import it into the right place in Lacerte/turbotax or prosystem. Example gross income from Quickbooks would port over automatically into this script/financial translator and into the gross income place in Prosystem). Finally there is one more thing I would want the script to do before it is imported into Lacerte or prosystem. But I will discuss that with you at a later date.

The software will have to work on a Mac or PC, but we would wan’t the PC version done first. Lastly, do not just cut and paste your response to this ad. I will only answer bids that have “Fram” in the bid response or email title.

Currently this is all done manaually which takes lots of time.

Looking for someone with experience of extracting data from Creloaded to Quickbooks. The store uses Authorize.net which can also be used for Quickbooks. Have you done anything similar or have a proposal for this?

I would prefer something that easily plugs into cre and can generate a data file in admin. Perhaps something similar to EP. Would also be good if the file could auto-generate and e-mail to specified e-mail address.

Looking to integrate Quickbooks with Sharepoint so the information from Quickbooks can be synced into Sharepoint. Reports can then be generated from Sharepoint.

We have web base work order management solution that needs interface modules into Quickbooks. Assistance is needed to fine tune an existing Access Database. This Database connects to Quickbooks through the use of a driver named QODBC. Since the Quickbooks 2010 upgrade, and the related QODBC driver upgrade, the program has ceased functioning.

My knowledge on these issues is limited, but I have successfully researched and put together a database that meets almost all of my needs. It has yet to be fine tuned, but uses VB to communicate data to Quickbooks to generate invoices based on services performed based on contracts held based on customer lists, etc.

The project is to export Quickbooks Sales Orders and line items and allow us to manually enter notes and delivery dates for each item (this has to be unlimited). We have to update the exported information, this can be done manually. Additionally, I would like to see a chart (project scheduling) of all items on Sales Order with the ability to color code line items. I would like to sort based on Order date, due date, dollar amount color code, etc. This is a one way transaction out of QB only.

I’m willing to pay $130-$200 for this work. I need this done in 15 days or less.

The project is to build a secure web page that will process ecommerce transactions using the QBMS API. The secure page will leverage demographic data and other business rules with an existing application built in ASP.NET and C#. The code must be built in the Microsoft technology stack using ASP.NET and C# and the awardee must be very familiar with the QBMS API. Time is of the essence with this project.
There are a couple small parts of the project where the QB SDK will be used to create transactions within a QB desktop environment. The communication between server and desktop has been establisehd through a prior project as there are multiple QB web servives runing on the local machine. If the proposing company is not familiar with the QB SDK, the owner will consider separating that portion of the project, meaning that this project would only contain the QBMS piece of the project.

I am a small tax accounting firm handling a number of QuickBooks clients. Moving the files between our office and the clients is a time consuming and often difficult task.

We would like to have a server, either in-house or virtual, where our clients can sign into it when they use QuickBooks. Due to licensing issues, I assume each client would have their own license and software, but my Quickbooks and their data file would be on our shared server.

There are many Quickbooks hosting sites available, but the cost is too high for most of my small business clients. Is it possible, and cost effective, to setup my own hosting? The key is allowing clients to sign into the server without seeing my other client names. I already have a website, but am not opposed to setting up a complete separate website if necessary.

Need someone to help with customizing a T-Hub connection to an X-Cart shopping system.

Right now THUB (which uses Access 2007) will pull customer information and post it in Quickbooks but it posts all customers under a single customer type.

I need THUB to pull the customer data from the X-cart store and ‘check’ if the customer is a registered member. If they are then they should be entered into quickbooks as customer type x. If not, then they are entered as customer type y.

Quickbooks patch looks fine but fields mapping has to be done. I have all the fields from the quickbooks software but I don’t know how to map them.

I need an expert to map these fields for me using oscommerce admin and quickbooks details.

I have a application I purchased from PaperSavePlus that is an add on application for Quickbooks Pro that uses a database to stored document attachments within a Microsoft SQL Server. These attachments are tied to PO’s, Invoices, and other transactions that one may want to attach to. The only problem is there is no ICON or other visual notification you can see that an attachment exists. I need someone to create something like a PAPERCLIP or some other ICON that would show for example a Quickbooks invoice I am viewing has a attachment. Does this make sense and can you do this?
