I moved my site to a new dedicated server. The site is s*treammaven.com(remove the *). The login page worked perfectly but now when I check it its giving some broken connect page. Probably is just some quick configuration issue

I would like the box on the middle right to work. I currently have a drop down field where that can choose which control panel to login to. Each selection has a control panel login page accompanying it.

Control Panel -> http://control.maxfrag.net
Support -> http://support.maxfrag.net
I would like those all to be added to the login section on my website
