I need this PSD layout turned into a Joomla theme.

I need a complete theme not just the home page.

Everything about Joomla need to functions correctly with this theme. All pages, module positions and even the way the editor works for the articles; including unordered list, bulleted list and so forth.

There is a slideshow area.

The menu needs to be a dropdown menu.

Modules will need 2 styles for module class suffixes

I need a real professional to do this job.

We need to make a real estate agency site based on Joomla.
We have setup a joomla installation with all scripts and components required. We need a coder to to create a template and for the Joomla installation from a PSD our graphics designer has designed. Template is simple and no special coding is needed.
