Editing Of Psd – Header/footer

Hello 
I have 2 PSD files – a header searchbar and a footer searchbar. I just need the colors changed. Need 10 different background colors done.
Footer PSD has some wording that I want removed as well.
Easy, quick job for someone that can edit PSD properly. Looking to pick someone within the hour as I need this done ASAP so I can give to my programmer.
