We have a psd file theme that is 90% done and needs cut up for a wordpress

I have a PSD file I need cut into html files with rollover effects, etc. The complete project will be posted in PMB.
I need someone with expertise in PSD, CSS/HTML (javascript and DHTML?) … Please understand project before saying you’re ready to begin. I would like to see examples of your work with CSS and rollover effects, etc/

I have a PSD file which is created for a html email newsletter. I need it to be cut into HTML which should be friendly to most of email platforms.
Its just a single newsletter so I need it to be done as quick as possible. So really, this job is more about speed ( in favor with those coders who can finish this job quickly )
