I am looking to launch a website which will feature a server proxy for SIRI on jailbroken Iphone4′s. There is a program in Cydia called Spire which allows SIRI to be possible on non 4S phones. This requires a build of a proxy server to handle the SIRI requests. It is easy however I am not a SSH guy or programmer. Please reference http://imzdl.com/siri to see what they are doing. I need that you configure one linux server to me (Ubuntu), that every 30 seconds the proxy IP is changed to other random IP of my proxy.txt list.
We have a VPS server that allows proxies. We currently have Dante proxy software installed and one IP working as a SOCKS5 anonymous proxy.
We ordered 8 more proxies and they are installed on the server. We need them setup as SOCKS5 proxies.
Besides setting up the new IPs as proxies we need full documentation of the process in case we need to add more later.
All the proxies will use IP authentication and don’t need PAM or login authentication.
We’re not committed to Dante proxy software so if you think something works better then we can change.
The server is running Ubuntu 8.10 software.

I have a linux box with a class C Range (254 IPS)
i want to turn it into a proxy… so if i connect using for example IE to:
1.1.1.1 it will use external ip 1.1.1.1, if i connect to 1.1.1.2, it will show 1.1.1.2,
has to be able to support HTTP 1.1.. I dont want to use squid or any caching proxy app for this.. So if you know any others then you can install it.. Maybe tinyproxy? etc..

Introduction
The requirement is for a set of Microsoft Excel Macros to import data from proxy server log files into a Microsoft Excel Workbook and to produce reports and charts based on the imported data.
The Macros may be written in VBA and the result will be a single .XLS workbook containing the macros which would be triggered by either a hot key or a macro button.
The project will be in two stages. First developing the
