This project is maybe a little different. I have 5 (possibly 6 or 7) properties to sell on ebay. The prices I am wanting to get for these range from around 6,500 Euros to 50,000 Euros. I have tried listing the odd property on ebay in the past but never really got very far. I only have a handful of feedback reviews and no experience with promoting ebay auctions.

These properties are based in central Bulgaria and I wanting quick sales agreed, although actual completion can be in the spring.

I am looking for someone to take details of these properties from my website and list on ebay and promote aggressively. There are photos, descriptions and videos available for use. The videos are also on youtube and so some youtube marketing may help. I will of course be able to provide you with answers to questions sellers may have.

For the last few years I have been living in Bulgaria and have built up a portfolio of around 12 properties and undertaken several renovations. I run a fairly successful website for advice on buying in Bulgaria and renovating and relocating. Due to personal circumstances I now spend at least 6 months of the year in France and can no longer properly manage all my properties and would like to sell the majority of them. I obviously market these on my own website and have tried eBay, gumtree etc but due to economic climate I am struggling to get much interest. The properties are well priced. I am looking for someone to take a pro-active and creative approach to selling the properties (which range in price from around 6,950 Euros to 60,000 Euros). I will pay per proper lead generated and bonus commissions on a sale. I personally have 5 or 6 properties to sell and there are then a couple for friends as well. I also have 2 or 3 properties for rent and am happy to pay commission on finding long term tenants as well. I am happy to pay a small amount per email lead generated and commissions on completed sales (looking at completion being around May/June next year with contracts and deposits being secured prior to then) and rental contracts can start immediately.

I have a property exchange site set up. Basically people register and pay by paypal (or can send me money) and then they can login and place their properties for exchange. It was built around 8 months ago but I have not done much with it but not notice there are a few bugs in the system. This is what I want fixing:

1) I cannot recall my admin password which is apparently encrypted in the system somewhere, so I need it resetting or to know what it is so I can login.

2) The script should show the latest properties added or edited at the top, so newest properties or properties recently edited are always shown first on the results pages but at the moment does not seem to do this.

I am looking for someone to create a php/mysql Property Rentals site. This site is aimed towards landlords and property managers. We will need to have the site to allow landlords and property managers sign up and we charge a monthly fee or a onetime fee. there will be multiple levels. These should be configured through the control panel. The members should be able to login and post their property rentals online for the visitors to see. The site should integrate with google maps. There should be a certain number of uploads availble per listing and this should be controlled from the control panel. Each listing should have the option of being turned on or off by the member if it is rented or not. Each member should receive one page with links to all their properties they have listed. We should be able to change various options through the control panel. There should be an option of offering a featured property for a certain amount for a certain number of days. This property would be featured on the main page of the site. The site should integrate with paypal and authorize.net and we should also be able to offer free trials for 30 days and accept check payments from members.

We should also allow users to search by zip codes, schools and other options. Also there should be a google maps mash up with available properties based on location so the user can visually see the location of all properties ina certain area.

I represent a European SEO company and we currently need to outsource the following web design.

This project is for the development of an international real estate site for an agent based in Europe.

We expect it to be based on tried and tested existing scripts that you already possess and customised to meet the following requirements.

Here are the main features:

1) Technical:
Hosting and domain already set up – Linux/Apache, CPanel, PHP, MySQL

2) Style of site:

Very contemporary and state-of-the art, clean and simple, of same style as the following sites (but not a clone):

www.mallorca-north.com/index.php

We will provide details of colour scheme, logo and main photos.

3) Database:

We will provide an existing MySQL database of properties together with some access routines.

All property data is entered offline in a PC desktop application and stored on our server, so you do not need to supply a property input or management interface.

The purpose of the website is to search and display properties only to meet site user criteria.

4) Multi-Lingual:

The site must display data and have a visitor interface in 3 languages – English, German & Spanish

The Database that we provide already has property data in 3 languages.

The static data (text) on the site must be in 3 language files. We will give you the English version and we will translate this into the other 2 languages. So you only need to work with the English.

5) Template-Based:

To accommodate the 3 languages on the site and be easy to modify by us, the site should be built using a template system.

6) Static Pages:

Must generate static HTML pages for all properties, where necessary using Apache mod_rewrite

7) SEO Capability:

A good SEO capability is critical in the site design. We do all the SEO ourselves, but the site must be designed with this in mind. For example:
All pages in all 3 languages must possess unique <title> and <meta description> tags. These can be auto-generated from the database data.

All pages (including all properties) in all 3 languages must be fully indexable by the search engines when spidering from the home page of the site.

Home Page

We must be able to specify which properties we wish to highlight on the site home page (by specifying a unique property ID).

9) RSS Feeds

The site must output 2 RSS feeds in XML format: a) Featured properties b) Most recent properties

10) Visitor Accounts

Site visitors should be able to sign up to receive automatic alerts for properties matching their specified search criteria

11) Newsletter Signup

When site visitors sign up to receive alerts, there should also be an option to receive the newsletter. This must integrate directly with our existing 3rd party autoresponder/mailing list management system.

12) Thumbnail generation

The system should automatically generate thumbnails on-the-fly from the large-format database photos.

13) Watermark generation

There should be an option to automatically add a watermark to large-format photos for display. The option can be turned on and off.

14) Mailing, printing, request details & social bookmarking

For each property detail page, the facility should be available to a) Mail details to a friend, b) Print details in printer-friendly format, c) Request further details, d) Social bookmark (with range of options)

Please supply example work of similar real estate projects.

ok with that said I believe someone may have hacked and forced a sql statement to erase data in a the tables listed below.

I Just need someone to go in and review and secure the (existing php)code and database(mysql) from further attack. I also need someone to set up a automatic database backup system through php that updates at least twice a day, so if there is any further problems the data will always be secure and saved.

The first time it happened someone was in the process of adding a new property through the CMS when they said their browser froze, they refreshed then all the data in the properties table was deleted except the property the person was trying to add also all data associated with properties that disappeared also disappeared. BUt the strange thing is not the whole table was deleted their was still data in 3 of 4 of the tables that table disappeared it was old test data that was not related to any any of the properties that were deleted..

the same thing also happened to the properties images table where all the data that was in the table associated with the deleted properties was gone but other info from previous test properties was still there. Now all the cities in the cities table was deleted.

I have done research and I can not seem to find a source or a problem.

Now the first time this happened I thought maybe their was a script error somewhere that would cause this but I could find none. I then proceeded to test the system myself so I uploaded about twenty new properties everything was working perfectly until I opened the site today and all the data I just put in was erased with the exception of the cities table all the cites were still there.

Now here is the part that is really weird Nobody has accessed the cms I built but me and The last time i logged off their was over 20 properties but now they are all gone. There are also the same four tables data erased but not all data just the ones accociated with the new properties I uploaded..

I need a MYSQL GURU or Master that can look over the existing code and try to troubleshoot the problem and come up with a fix. I Also need someone to create a php based automatic mysql backup system I would like the system to back-up the database daily and a easy system to reload the backed-up mysql dump.

ok, i want a realistic timeframe, i dont want any american template sites with pictures of big american houses, this is a uk based company, i dont mind using generic cms systems as long as it can be customised to look unique

also if you are bidding dont post me some cut and paste response that you put in 500 jobs a day hoping to hit lucky, i want to see you have read the requirements, tell me you have read this piece in your bid.

i can provide logos and color schemes for this company but the design will need to be done by the bidder, this can be done in either windows or linux technologies

I’d like to have a system or software that allows users find properties based on submissions made by different companies controlled by a main admin panel. Those of you familiar with MultiList systems should figure out quickly what I mean. Ideally, the system lets users find different kind of properties based on search criteria (bedrooms, location, construction and land size, etc.) displayed from info entered by one or several real estate companies. Upload/download of pics and if possible video. Properties description and user’s profiles, etc. Recurring billing, payments and all other admin functions must be easy to do and to accomplish. I’ve seen and like a software called PGRealEstate/PGRealty, I just don’t need that big or robust. Plase PMB me for more info. Thanks!

I am looking for a script that will automatically scrape 3 property portal websites and place details onto my property portal site.

the 3 websites that will require to be scraped are www.rightmove dot co dot uk, www.s1homes dot co dot uk, www.lettingweb dot com. the website that i need the details to be put onto is www.lettog dot co dot uk.

The type of information required will be

agents details
property address
post code
no of bedrooms, bathrooms, garages
property type (house, flat etc)
for rent or for sale
short description
long description
price
availabilty date
all pictures

in admin section, i should be able to select when its scraped and how often (ie one or twice a day at 12am)
in admin, i also want to be able to select which agents i want to show on my site (ie if a site has 20 agents showing their properties, and i dont want agent xyz to have their properties shown on my site, then i should be able to deselect this agents properties to be scraped or saved)

This will be a web based client management system in conjunction with a Real Estate company. The client will be able to view two properties then be required to register as prospects on the website. the Prospects will be assigned to Real Estate Agents and later loan officers and title company officers. Tasks will be assigned and email sent out daily with over due tasks and tasks due today.

Prospects will have property criteria they wish to view and nightly lists of properties will be emailed to them from the multiple listing system.

Transactions completed will be recorded for client history. and clients will be moved to a post sale category and get email such as newsletters instead of properties email to them

Real estate agents, Loan officers, title company officers will all be agents with different levels of access no administrator or administrative assistants will have a limited view of the client base limited to the clients and task assigned to them. Administrators will be able to view all clients and task.

Agenst will be able to build groups of tasks to be added for various changes in client status.

The will be some future data conversion possibilites as new agents are brought on board.

Some programing has been started using Dreamweaver with database and server behaviors. I would like to see the use of that for continued programing.

Nightly scripts have not been started and these will be implemented as cronjobs. The key is to be simple and straight forward for the agents and for futures enhancements.
