Turn these 2 psd’s (attached) into html pages, using tables to construct the pages.
Also make the page expandable for large monitors… the graphics on the edge of the page should stick to the edges (please see attached website.txt for example).

FLASH:
The only part that needs to be flash is the girl on the bike in the bottom left.
She needs to glide across the page to the right.
In the middle of the page she should “pop a wheelie” (please see example of a wheelie here: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=4893726) for 1.5 seconds.
Please include a bell ringing sound to play when she pops the wheelie (located here: http://www.foryourconsiderationconsulting.com/bicycle_bell_02.wav)

Once she disappears on the right she appears again on the left and is fixed in place. This needs to happen everytime the page is reloaded loaded.

If you go through each tab Uberprint: Edit product looks good so far add image: View tab-clip art tab-upload image tab Previously uploaded image. The frame where the shirt appears should have: rotate tab/ item desccription, printing color front/ color back/ min quantity 12pcs, buy now tab, get quote tab, remove load design tab, add tab name & #’s go to this site www.customink.com in the lab section you will also see how the tabs are set up 4 on the top 4 on the bottom. Add text once add text all the features to minipulate the text should appear. See Uberprint for the actual example. Design notes/save design/load design these self explained see Uber for example. I have given my feed back as best I can adding that I want an area for name & #’s & the tabs top & bottom!

We need to quickly build a special website that contains approximately 12-15 casino games, 3-5 poker games and 10-15 slots, with more added in the future.

We will need to procure or clone true RNG + casino source code for
simplified backend management features, such as restricted/unrestricted operator accessibility, customer management and game management. We may be able to get some source codes that would need to be modified to fit our needs as well as cloning/intergration of popular flash slots from another site. We also need some flash graphics work. As this is needed for an internet cafe as well as for internet customers, there will be some special coding required. Integration of POS software and bill acceptor API into source code as well. May need to modify encrypted .exe from cafe management software. Previous experience with internet cafe business or software is a plus. We need a simple gaming site with a few special features. More details available for the right applicant.

Applicant have several good reviews/positive feedback with established internet presences. Also must have valid, working links to casino/flash sites and/or games you have built in the past and this must be provable. Please, if you have no experience with this type of website, save us both the time and do not respond as it will be ignored. If you use inflated bids, please bid reasonably or it will be ignored. We will verify all candidates thoroughly before agreeing to escrow payments in milestone stages. We have been building websites for several years, this is just not our area of expertise. Here is what I need:

Go to the website and click on any of the links in the PORTFOLIO drop-down menu. You will see the page that has the menu on the left, which is the part that someone did the programming for. It works great and we love it, but now we would like to modify it so that we can change the color of the small page icons next to the title of each link. I would like to be able to modify the color in the XML file, if possible. If there is a better way to do this, I am certainly open to your ideas.

Please have a look at the attached adobe air app. I’ve since then updated the code base over the last week to the original web widget (but mainly only to one portion of it) and I need to update/make another adobe air app for my widget. Shouldn’t take very long at all but I need this done immediately. I can provide all the code to you and access to my server if you will need it.

Just to be clear. My web application is already done. I just need it updated to have a new working air app like the one I attached. The code base is very similar I just made several updates to it..especially the game. So it is just porting the code to Air.should only take a couple of hours.
