I have a problem of my old ScriptLance account.
The account rating is 10 with 7 reviews.

When I try to login ScriptLance using my old account to post a new project on 14-May.
It shown my account is suspended due to Inactive account protection.
Then I followed their instrunction to Contact ScriptLance same day.

A guy called “Geet ” from ScriptLance responded me very fast (same day),
and asked me to send $1 test payment to sales-(at)-r3n3.com.
Once done, they will refund the $1 to me and activate my account.

Unfortunately, I have waited 5 days until today,
my account still in suspended status and they have not refunded to me yet.

ScriptLance now is no longer respond to me after received my money.
Although I have opened 2 new support tickets to inquiry, they just closed it with no reason.

I feel very unreasonable.

Now I am looking for a programmer can seriously to tell me, am I got cheated or scamed by ScriptLance ?
And how to fix this problem ?
