I need a news feed for my website. I need a feed that scans the internet and provides links to recent articles on pregnant women involved in car accidents.

i am looking to automate the links on my links page of my site

i am getting alot of requests in and it is taking up too much time for me to do and manage

the site is www.mobi8.com and the links pages are like this:

i want to have an automated way of people submitting a link to the site where they choose a catagory (casino, mobile, sports, etc) enter a url, title and a few lines of text

i will then check the link (online) and if
1 – a link is there from their site
2 – is is an appropiate site
then i will approve the link

the link is then posted into my site

on a regular basis the links are checked and emails sent if the link is down

something similar but much better then www.toskana-online.de , must be able to present here many many pictures ( download directly from pc) links to newspaper articles or other.
Intent similar like showed site ( English/German/Italian/Russian) People +country, news/country, culture + events, sport, food, shop ( not link),
property + holiday homes will have only a link to my existing sites. Then : city+region info, and possibility to create new or not view other if necessary.
The site should give me possibility to give to the client more details about Italy (which I can not on my site) and also in very actually way, to use it also for more traffic and links/publicity for my work. I`m renting and selling Italian properties. The offered price must include : first SEO, modern, fresh design, connection on my server. The site must be running. Would be happy if you offer also support for later. Pl. send me some of your project.
