Seo Maintenance Guru
I am looking for ongoing SEO maintenance/SEM for two websites. They both currently rank high (between the #1-4 spots) for specific keywords. The person maintaining it is no longer available, so I need to find someone new who can do this on a continual basis. We have been #1 in every category for over 4 years, but recently my sites are slipping in the rankings and I need that to stop.
So Basically, I want to find an SEO maintenance genius! I DO NOT want someone who uses software to spam my site to the search engines.

Monitor Search Engine Rankings
New Keyword Research
Traffic Tracking
Competitive Analysis
Add Fresh Content
Web Copy Analysis
Boost Link Popularity
TweakWebsite Structure (if necessary)
Tweak Website Navigation (if necessary)
This is an ongoing project and should be VERY simple as the infrastructure is already in place. I just don’t want to loose what I already have in the rankings.
