I have the website outletguru.com, i already have a very good programming company to handle all the programming, but i need a second oppinion about whats wrong with my site.

the site is one of the top ranked sites in denmark, and we will over the next year make this is several launguages and have top rankings in sweeden, germany , europe, great britain and norway.

the site is very new, and located on a server in denmark, the site has over 50 000 clothes products which are all taking in every night by productfeeds.

my problem which i need second oppinion on.

the site is very slow, what needs to be done to change this

the site cracks down several times a day – why

the conversion in the site is going down – why – in beginning we had lots of conversions, but the visitor amount is going up, but the conversion is going down.

are your company one of the best in producing very large webshops, webpages with lots of visits and heavy scripts, are you unsed to handle conversion in webshops, and are you very familiar with asp, mysql….. i mean i need the best oppinion which i can get, so if your are not expert in this work then do not bid on it, i will see imediatly if you are not good enough.
