I have 30 domain sites, it which I had a programmer put up. They no longer exist and I need an honest , reasonable priced programmer to instal new scripts on my domains. I still have domains. Most where clone sites, some are not. Looking for most cost effective person to set sites up. we can do a few at a time. also need adsense put in sites. some will also need payment page set up

I have a web application that is already fully programmed and working, but there are some ‘bugs’ or ‘processess’ that are not fixed or done right. It is programmed in PHP on the Smarty Template.

The web application is http://quizfunnel.com, a web app that lets you create quizzes, surveys and feedback forms.

Here is what I need done:

1) Payment Processing Issues (Paypal)
- 3 types of payment plans which offers the same thing but just different price plans
- user pays first before registering (right now its the other way around)
- user receives an email with user details after registering (this was created at the start, but throughout all the various edits it somehow broke)

2) Reset password option
- from the user management panel, i can choose to reset a user’s password which will be sent to his/her email. this is incase user forgets their pw and losts their reigstration email

3) Upon new user reigstration, auto create 3 types of quizzes which will be placed in their dashboard (so there are ‘sample quizzes’ which they can use immediately)

I need a legal contract for “Owning the Master Resell Rights, to a script I have programmed” I need one written more in the favor of myself rather than the programmer. If someone has a copy of a contract, which I can use thru email, and it be legally binding, and grant me exclusive master rights to the script I have programmed, I would appreciate it. Or, if someone can write one up from scratch. Either way.
