Store It All (www.storeitall.com) is a Logistics’ and Fulfilment house based in the UK. Fulfilment is the distribution of online retailer’s products to their customers. With a growing number of e-commerce websites, many do not have the capacity, room, or time to handle the distribution of their sales as well as concentrate on running and making sales in day to day business. This is where our services our hired.

I am looking for two programmes’ that will enable us to quickly sift through large amount of data on e-bay and on the web in general.

1) e-bay UK programme
We are not looking to gain information on small one of seller. The aim is to target large volume sellers. One way I have thought of is by locating to rated sellers and then gaining there contact details. Email for example. We would also like to aim at e-bay shop owners. People that have spent the time to produce e-bay shops will usually be high volume sellers. It would also be an advantage to locate seller that for example have other online presence a like their own e-commerce site.
It is not really relevant what sector of commerce they come from i.e., sports equipment, cosmetics etc however it would be a bonus to be able to establish what sector they are in once the information is gathered.

2) On-line retailer web search programme.
This would be the ideal programme to produce. We would want the programme to be able to surf the web, preferably the UK search engines, Google and so on finding UK based on line retailers. The aim of this programme would be to sift through certain sectors and find any retailer with and online presence or more specifically an e-commerce website based in the UK. In an ideal world this programme would allow us to enter in another industry sector, say scuba diving equipment and produce a list of line retailers’ that sell the equipment. We could then sift through the website to gain contact info such as e-mail address and address and so on.

I have not used this programme for several months and today I went online and noticed it was not there. I am baffled as to what has happened to it. I have checked and I still have an up to date hosting package so I have no idea where it has gone.

Customer can login through the front end and submit ticket too.

Tickets can be replied.
1. user registration is managed from joomla core
2. Only admin and the creator of ticket who can reply the ticket.
3. The ticket can be replied again if it is not closed. if it is closed it can be open again.
4. I don’t need email to be sent when ticket created. But when there is a reply, the customer needs to know this.

PAYMENTS:

I have various sites that i will need professional layouts done for including my social networking sites myspace etc.

I will need banners created for my affiliate marketing campaigns. The sales pages i need to be in html or whatever language where they will be compatible to post on ebay as for i will use these sales pages as ebay listings also to promote the products.
