I need a Facebook App that would create an environment with Facebook users that belong to a certain profession. It would be launched from within Facebook and offered from my Facebook page and Fan Page as well as my website.

This application would be used to offer positions to professionals to substitute teaching a class. These professionals have certain qualifications that they would enter within their profile and the script would search this database of users to send messaging to the professionals that qualify for substituting the class.

It would also allow the users of the app to register for possible employment offers from potential employers. Employers would be able to enter their job offers to be posted to the page of the app…this will require programming and design of the interface.

I have this script in PHP now, but want an app that does the same thing on facebook.

I need a highly qualified person in developing apps for Facebook only. Not someone that doesn’t have excellent experience and examples of your work.

There are changes needed in the registration process so that users may be grouped into groups by an access code or they may be grouped by access code and also placed in an open group for searching. Currently the script does accept an access code, but the option to have one or both of an access code or open to entire network is not available right now. This is what is needed.

Sponsor companies have profiles that allow them to send a message to professionals for substitution of certain classes or sessions. These classes require different qualifications or certifications…professionals enter these qualifications when they register. Sponsor Companies will login and select the type of professional, dates and times and submit. Messages are sent to the professionals and then they have the option to accept or deny the offer. Offers accepted are sent back to the Sponsor Company and then they have the option to select one professional from all accepted responses.
