Card Processing App On Laptop

We need to incorporate credit card processing through the laptops. Users will swipe credit card which will be attached to the laptop, once this is done, they get their confirmation on Danimation, and receive approval numbers on their pagers. We require an expert to develop the necessary application to handle this task which will communicate with the swipe and the Credit card company and give in real time approval on the laptop.
