I need a clean professional looking HTML template, which I want to integrate with HotelsCombined Private Branding affiliation program.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills, required.

No frames and iframes.

I have to copy-and-paste template’s header and footer in the Private Branding system.
I will attach a PDF file with Hotelscombined tutorial, so you will understand exactly what kind of template I need. Please read: 4.5 Introduction to Custom HTML, page 48.
After installation, if I need further customization, I will pay extra.
The template has to be tested before I buy it.
A simple and professional looking theme is what I’m looking for.
