I am using the wp ‘Listings’ theme from woothemes for a business directory at a development domain http://taicnew.imageinnovators.biz/listings and need three modifications to the functionality of the theme.

The theme works with custom post types built in…at present i have two custom post types that for a basic consultant (no frills) and that for a premium consultant (deluxe listing)

I need modifications so that this page taicnew.imageinnovators.biz/listings/premium_consultant/ appears on the front page Its probably an easy fix but i can’t for the life of me work out how to make that page the first home page of the site.

I have the Events theme from Templatic, and need to add section in the “add event” page to collect the county of the event.

Then there is a drop menu already set up to sort events – and will need county added to this so they can sort by county a-z or z-a

Then I need to know how pull specific counties from the database onto a page … say someone wants to search in county A, B, and C … I need to pull those 3 counties to the page. The premium content is for paid subscribers and there will be a monthly renewable option for users to purchase. There are different categories for this website: Under $100, Under $200, Under $300 and and $500 and above. The products that fall under these price range will be featured on the main page. When a user click on a product, they will see a pop up of the product. A good example is http://www.clubmonaco.com/cultureclub/. The user can click on the products that are “Free” but if they click on the product that is in the “Premium” option, they will be greeted with a pop up that tells them to be a paid subscriber to access the product details. The products in the premium area are blurred out so the user can see only a little.

The categories are apparel, Accessories, and shoes (I should have the option to add more categories in the backend). You will design a logo for DandyandChic and the overall theme of the design should be minimal and clean. However, it should want to make a user to be a paid member.

SYS (Media) — this is currently linked to the forums. Please research this carefully. If a suitable Drupal module exists for the sharing and moderation of media uploads then we will consider it. We must be able to set download limits per user level. The media centre’s structure must mimic the structure currently in place. All link references in the database must be ported over to the new system.

I am looking for a talented graphic designer to design graphics and edit theme of a ready made wordpress theme(s) to suite salon business. I have several themes from studiopress.com and other premium wordpress designers that I need them edited to become irresistible salon design.

You can choose any type of salon and create graphics/modifications to make it niche specific. Example: massage therapist salon, day spa salon, hair salon, nail salon, barber shop, body tanning salon, manicure/pedicure etc.

The winner could be making 10-30 modifications on different premium wordpress themes for this niche only and many more for other niches. Since this is a potentially big project, I would like interested bidders to create a mockup using one of the premium designs attached. This will help me know I am hiring a talented designer.

We will also like a few add-ons too.Each member will have a Virtual Acct. A Virtual Acct is the section where you can see your current balance, and where you can buy credits to spend on private shows. Members with a virtual acct balance greater then Zero or V.I.P. Premium members can stay in public free chat for unlimited time. Free or basic Members with zero balance have a limited time that they can stay on the public chat. For example the administrator can choose that members with no money in their accounts can stay in free public chat for 3 minutes, every 6 hours. These values can of course be changed.
Any adult payment gateway can be integrated in order to upload funds to the site.We would like our funds to counted in tokens. Admin should have the ability to designate how much a token is worth.Example 200 tokens =$20.
Admin should also have the ability to add lounges to accomodate members if possible (see myfreecams for example). Each lounge should be able to accomodate mass conversations at once and also have a window to see all the models room.the window should be functional and work just like a member going in a model room with the exception of chat. the window would allow for premium members to tip and go pvt with a model if they choose.(see myfreecams for example).

All premium members should have every pvt show they had with a model in their virtual acct.they will also be able to access a photo gallery of random photos of model pvts.Admin should be able to adjust how to pick the photos to post to gallery.

my idea on this project, with my megaupload premium account login
stored in a script, it will allow user to go to my site and place
megaupload link there and download it even though he or she doesnt
have megaupload premium account. i was being told before that when
user places the megaupload link there, the script will auto download
the files to my server and by then, the files in my server will be
downloaded by user after that. That’s where the speed is much more
faster than user download the files directly from megaupload.com.

One more additional flow i need here, when user place a link from
megaupload.com, it will be auto download to my server and before it
prompts user with the link to download the file from my server, it
requires user to click on a advertisement first before the link will
be shown. example, when user place the link to my site, the page will
be redirected to second page / ajax pop-out and needs user to click on
the advertisement (adbrite or adsense) and by then only the actual
link to download the file will be appear. Should be reminded, the
flow must be somehow looks “legal” to those advertisement company as
i do not want my account got banned by them because of invalid
clicks. when user has clicked on the advertisement, the link will
show and user can download the files with faster speed.

my concern on this matter, when there are 10 users connected to my
site and download 1Gb of files, will my server overload and disk full
issue happens ? how long it needs to purge all files from my server to
maintain the space there ? if there is any further additional things
you can think of for the site, i will be happy to pay depending on
how great is the idea but of course it will be within my budget and
it worth in terms of incresing my revenue so in short, the
purposes of having the user to click on any advertisement (CPC) is to
increase my revenue to gain profits since i am allowing user to get
full speed benefit via the premium account

in the mean time, in the site as well, there will be a search option
which they can search from other forum / search engine to make my
site more user friendly
