Gmail Add-on
I) GENERATE A GMAIL MESSAGE
a) on gmail web interface, just below where it says “compose mail”
b) we add in another link that is a customized mail – with a specific “to” address
c) the message itself should look slightly different and allow us to auto-create the subject line with a few dbase driven options:
– i) first word (from drop-down or blank) followed by “: “
– ii) subject text
– iii) add in special text such as “!top”
– iv) end with string of list items or blank
II) INTEGRATING GMAIL CREDENTIALS – Lists for i/iv will be based on a user-by-user basis from a database that will allow the specific gmail account to see its specifically available list (all the app has to do here is make sure its “call” to the dbase has the gmail credentials).
