Pay Per Post Forum Population

I’ve created a new forum and need to populate it. I’m looking for 2 things:
1, someone to provide posts & threads from multiple accounts for pay (posts must be in correct english with proper grammar and punctuation, with a minimum of 30 words each)
2, someone who can provide actual, real members to sign up for the forum
In your bid or in the pmb, include your rates for one or both of these, how many posts or members you will provide for that price, and A REAL TIME FRAME THAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY HAVE IT COMPLETED IN.
