I recently purchased some software from a company called Agriya. To cut a long story short, I’ve had nothing but problems with the script!

After complaining to customer service (Or lack of), I was told they would handle the list of problems. A week later they claimed the script was no longer in development and support was void. With this said and done, I employed outside help from a freelancer to resolve the aforementioned issues.

I use CPA download offers and the only way to get paid is if the user installs the toolbar, file or game. I’ve setup and tested my site so that once my site is clicked it will initiate the download and it works perfect but I can’t get the end users to install.

Basically the webpage is similar to existing web-galleries with some additional actions on selected pictures.

Relatively simple webpage with some javascript and css functionality. Small back-end programming (interfacing existing unix scripts).

The webpage displays pictures from a folder on the server (with large number of images). No Upload functionality needed.

Thumbnails are generated on-the-fly (or from cache) from the server folder for display.

We need website for a scientific lab at a university.

We want to use a content management system (CMS). BUT, here’s the bad news….

the the university will not allow CMS systems (Joomla, wordpress, drupal) on their server because they think it is a security risk in a shared hosting environment.

Still, having a user-friendly CMS is VERY important to us. So we were hoping it would be possible to have a CMS on a local computer (we use Macs), then just make changes to the content, and upload the changes to the server. I’m not sure if that’s possible though,…. If it’s not possible, then we have to go with a static site.

Anyway, in terms of site design, I’d like the site to be some sort of combination between these two:

I want to turn this static graphic into a CSS/HTML page. The CSS and HTML must be cleanly written. The HTML side should only define the type of style and the content of the box, preferrably as an unordered list.

NO slicing of the graphics. It doesn’t have to be graphically identical, it just has to have similar features. Again I do not want this page to need ANY external images, scripts, etc. When you are done this project I only want two files. One CSS and One HTML.

Here is what I want.
3 box styles, Short, Tall and Wide. (see sample)
Each box shall have definable color for the header and body.
Each box shall have a Title tag
Each box shall have a Price tag
Each box shall have a tag that lets me put a message in the bottom left. For example see the Ruby Package ‘Popular!’. You can use a web friendly font.
I prefer the corners can all be rounded, or even better if similar to the sample.
The star, as far as I’m aware, is not possible without using graphics. So you can either forget the star or you can come up with a smart work around.

The final HTML and CSS you hand it should open and look very similar to the sample.

Must work with IE7 + IE8, Latest Chrome, Latest Safari, FF3 + FF4

If something I listed is not possible with CSS/HTML alone, let me know before bidding so I can adjust my expectations.

I am doing a project for a client using a standard prestashop template.

They are selling frames.

They would like to have an interactive feature so that users are able to try the frame by uploading a picture and putting the frame on top.

It needs to be integrated with Prestashop as much as possible – so that the user can go from this application to the frame he chooses, and add it to his basket.

If possible, I would also like it be able to update with a new frame once the product catalogue is updated but I understand this may not be possible.

You can deliver the quotations and sayings in a comma-separated text file containing as much as possible of the following:
- category name (eg: Famous quotes)
- author (eg: George Washington) [if possible]
- author-info (eg: birth date, date of death) [if possible]
- quotation
- any other relevant info (eg: where the quote came from, name of book, lecture, etc) [if possible]

If you know of somewhere to download a big ready-made database of quotations I can put into a database that would be great.

There are many websites online that have quotations, you can use those but you must include the url where the quotations came from.

This is to make sure that we don’t have duplicate quotations in the system.

With your bid please send me the following info: when you can start, how long it will take, the word ‘understood’ so I know you’re not a bot, how many quotations you plan to provide, any questions you may have.

There is no programming necessary for this project, I just need the info delivered in a plain-text comma-separated file.

We should have a portlet where a user could make a music download store. That means it should be possible to add new categories and in this new songs. Further it should be possible to add a small sample song for the customer to hear a small sample of the whole song.
Further we need a module for first clickandbuy and a further payment-tool for creditcart.
I dont know if it would be possible to add this features in the shopping-portlet which is delivered with the Liferay Portal. If yes, it will be greatfull if we could do that way.
Then it will be great, if we could add a third category to add products. At the moment it is possible to add normal article or books to the shopping-portlet. Then it will be great, if there will be a further button to add new Music to the store.
Further it should be possible to pay with the mobile phone. but for this i must first look how to realise this part.
