I need a graphic artist with photoshop type skills to create a political cartoon out of two existing images. Your job will be to blend the two images into one image and add a caption so that the result is a political cartoon. Politibird is a site which will follow political news, tweets, discussions, etc.

The end user should also have the ability to specify what they want to track in their profiles, as well as a generic political feed on the front page.

Basically I am wanting the functionality of CurseBird.com, except for political tweets etc, and a little more user/admin control.

I have attached specific instructions for the splash page and the main page with visuals to this project. I believe we can discuss the subpages as they will not be much difficulty.

There will only be a few minor changes. The color scheme, one change on the front page, some of the sub pages don’t need additional content.

I want a website very similar to http://classic.particracy.net. You will probably need to register and play it for a little while to figure out exactly what the job will consist of. It needs to be done in PHP w/a MySQL database.

Remember, this will involve things like coming up with a realistic election algorithm, world map, slowly-changing ideologies of the people, etc.
