I have a program that has been written for me by a scriptlance programmer. The programmer is unavailble to revise it. I need someone who can look at, make changes for me and once all is done provide me with the source code. I believe the program is written in C++ and uses Excel and Word to work.
If you are a visually creative person that would be a plus, I would like it to be easy to use and pleasent to the eye. The program will also have to compatible with win2k,XP,Vista and Windows 7, Mac would be cool too but not a must.
I have attached the user guide for the program to see what it is that needs to be rewritten. I have what I was told to be the source code to it but I don’t know if its complete. I do have the complete program if you would like to review it before you make a bid. I have also included the issues that need to be fixed with the new version. If you accept my project I expect the source code to be delivered to me before payment is released. I am honest and fair and expect the same from you.
