I need someone to…
1) Research 40 plug board sites
and
2) Create a desktop based software that will submit “a banner/button URL” and a “URL webisite link” specified automatically to these sites.
The software can be either Delphi or .NET framework. Serious bidders only.

We want to expand this software and add more features to it such as article submission, video submission and so on.
If you do a good job with this basic app, you will get the job to develop the software further and get accepted for our future software projects.
