I need the pligg cms modified to fix a few bugs and make a few customizations
1) Integrate auto thumbs plugin with thumbnail plus plugin. Both will be provided
2) Use comments or multiple list items module to group content from multiple sources into the same post/topic and show them in gallery form. Users should be able to rate each content block.

It will be easier if you worked on pligg before. PM me your past work to get preference.

I have the following template which I am using on Pligg:

I need a couple changes done:

1) With this template (like many digg clones) people submit a site. However I want them to submit a video link from youtube. As such, when people submit an entry, they will add the link to the youtube video (from which everything else should then work, explaining below). Will also need some other custom text fields here.

1) The thumbnails on the index/home page (or anywhere else they show up), should directly be taken from the youtube thumbnail instead of this custom tool the template has (“shrinktheweb”, don’t need it).

3) When one clicks on the thumbnail or entry, the entire top section needs to be replaced by the embedded youtube HD video.

Approx. 60% of the design has been already implemented. Here is a list of changes still needed for the pligg site.

Note that I will provide the design for every page in psd.

1 – Finish Design implementation for Front Page – Header, Body, Footer and Sidebar 90% Finished.
2 – Design implementation for Submit Pages 1 (90% finished) & 2
3 – Design implementation for Invite friend’s page (via gmail, hotmail, etc)
4 – Design implementation for User’s page – 75% Completed
5 – Design implementation for Login and Registration pages – 75% Completed
6 – Design implementation for Comment (Story) Page – 25% Completed
7 – Design implementation for Button’s Page 35% Completed
8 – Create Widget Page and implement design
9 – Improve Image Fetching Script – make it like image fetching script on current.com
10 – Fix small bugs here and there

* It is very important that the programmer understands design and is faithful to it at the time of coding. I am looking for a picture perfect implementation, meaning the site should look like the design. Clean code and no inline css please.
