Hey all!

I invented an all new chess game: Rubicon Chess. It works the same as normal chess, except you conquer the squares of the chessboard. By doing so they harvest coins for you, 1 coin per turn. With these coins you can buy extra pieces. The more elaborate version of Rubicon Chess also has extra dice rules for capturing.

–What type of game am I looking for?
This chess variant would be difficult to play offline, on the board. Software would save alot of time as it does all the calculating en memorizing savings and income. The chessboard can be very basic, just icons resembling the pieces on an 8×8 chessboard.

–What are you going to use it for?
I just want to play this game locally with friends! The game doesnt have to be implementable in a website and it only has a 2 player mode. So no AI has to be programmed.
Besides that the game can be shared for free on the web. Why would I want to keep a game for myself?

I realise that these options require some programming. Perhaps there are chess engines available that one could use.

I would like some vector chess pieces for a project I am working on.

I would like a “picture puzzle” component / module created that allows front end users to upload a picture of the most common picture extensions (.png .jpg .jpeg etc) (must be approved by admin before it is available). The component should automatically resize the picture and create the picture puzzle pieces depending on the difficulty level the user selects. Basic concept:
1. Player ‘pieces’ are controlled by tilting the gameboard (actual paper with icon). When gameboard tilts, pieces slide according to physics.
2. Targets are randomly positioned across gameboard. The goal is to slide pieces and make them come into contact with targets. Points are scored based on number of ‘tags’.
3. Obstacles are randomly located on board as well. These will stop pieces or make them have to go around. there needs to be a sense of ‘physics’ to these interactions.
4. Player ‘pieces’ can fall off the game board. when they do, they are gone.
5. When all pieces have either tagged all targets or fallen off the board the round is over.

We would like to make a flash game. It will be a puzzle game. We want to upload different images from a form and these to be made as a puzzle. When we start the puzzle game we see a gallery of images that we uploaded from the form. When we click on each image we go to a new page, in which we can see only this image and we have some options in order to make it puzzle. These options are:
1. to choose the shape of the pieces (to be more square or to have different angles)
